The support team is not always there to help whenever any issues arise. The configuration process is a bit challenging at times. **What do you dislike about A1 Software?** A1 Software lacks customization options and flexibility compared to billing systems. It does not fully meet the needs of businesses with requirements. The limited adaptability of the software restricts its ability to cater to a range of user preferences. **What problems is A1 Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is unable to solve the issue of manual processes by automating our tasks. This consumes our time. Their customer support is not good because not available to assist us with any questions. ### 2. It's going well. **What problems is A1 Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use SaaS by A1 software for ERP testing, which subscribes to a cloud-based ERP testing solution and I am leveraging its features for automated testing. ### 3. I have used several other programs but none compare to A1. This product has made my life much easier and saved me countless hours. **What do you dislike about A1 Software?** I haven't found any problems with the software thus far that I find to be inhibiting my ability to use the product. If we ever come across an issue, support is there to answer our questions instantly. **Recommendations to others considering A1 Software:** Work with support to pick the right plan for you. **What problems is A1 Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were having a lot of problems with accounting and payroll. Our payroll always had issues before we started using A1. I wasted so much time calling our old company, waiting on hold, and dealing with the rude people on the other end of the line. It was a nightmare. A1 has been great. ### 4.
