It makes going back through the photos a breeze and really makes it easy to find all of the reports that involve a particular subject matter. **What do you dislike about HeadLight?** The menu to add tags can easily get long and be a little tedious to use. If there was one big box that showed all the tags at once I think that would be easier, like a big box of hotkeys that would make tagging faster. **Recommendations to others considering HeadLight:** If you want an easy-to-use program that helps you and your client stay up to minute with progress on a job site, Headlight is a great choice. **What problems is HeadLight solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easy to look back and see all the work a particular sub has done on site. "Oh, the electrical guys are back; when did they last work here? What work did they do? What were their names again?" It is all in one place, and we are not losing valuable information. Before, we would have to call someone that we were aware had a similar project and hope they would have the information handy that we needed. Information on successful projects and pictures was often lost, and the particulars on the projects were lost. It was also hard for the details of the projects to be recalled. Now it is all in one place. **What do you dislike about HeadLight?** If someone is not well trained in tagging a project, the information may be hard to find. **Recommendations to others considering HeadLight:** Get on the same page with your team on tagging narratives. It is imperative to tag correctly to get the most out of this product. **What problems is HeadLight solving and how is that benefiting you?** All of the information is in one place in the database. The ease of gathering info or valuable pictures is at your fingertips. You can also learn about a project from your desk and not have to necessarily be on the job to find out how it went. ### 4. This information is easily searchable and a great resource for PM's to keep track of the project. **What do you dislike about HeadLight?** As with all tech there are bugs. Although, headlight does a great job of getting on them quickly to provide assistance or updates to fix the issue. **Recommendations to others considering HeadLight:** Give it a try. Make sure to allow a couple of months to get use to it. Once you are it will be tough to go back. **What problems is HeadLight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inspectors needing to go back and type up reports after the work is complete. Also, each observation taken is useable in the future and not just a line in a PDF report that is filed away, never to be seen again. ### 5. Otherwise, it just takes some getting used to. **What problems is HeadLight solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving field issues with our customers and it can be in real time. We are realizing that we are creating observations that we can go back and reviews 1 year, 2 year or 3 years later to develop trends. We can use our observations for training and best practices (or not). It can help in claim management and for success stories. ### 6. Makes work life easier. **What problems is HeadLight solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits for me in my line of work is the ease and clarity of picture documentation at the fingertips for your use. ### 7. You must sign out restart the iPad and the re-sign in in order for it sync. **What problems is HeadLight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having no access to site manager due to the system being down or too many users on at once causing the system to slow. ### 10.
