"Headlight: Is it as good as they say it is? Pretty much."

What do you like best about HeadLight?

I like how easy it is to tag a photo with contractors, items worked on, and locations. It makes going back through the photos a breeze and really makes it easy to find all of the reports that involve a particular subject matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HeadLight?

The menu to add tags can easily get long and be a little tedious to use. If there was one big box that showed all the tags at once I think that would be easier, like a big box of hotkeys that would make tagging faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you want an easy-to-use program that helps you and your client stay up to minute with progress on a job site, Headlight is a great choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HeadLight solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes it easy to look back and see all the work a particular sub has done on site. "Oh, the electrical guys are back; when did they last work here? What work did they do? "Headlight and the tools make my job so much easier."

What do you like best about HeadLight?

the pictures have the exact location on them and if the Contractor wants to dispute the quantity of an Item, I can look back through my pics and spreadsheets to verify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Documenting projects and having valuable information all in one place is invaluable to our company."

What do you like best about HeadLight?

I can quickly and easily find examples of projects or pictures to show customers. It is all in one place, and we are not losing valuable information. Before, we would have to call someone that we were aware had a similar project and hope they would have the information handy that we needed. Information on successful projects and pictures was often lost, and the particulars on the projects were lost. It was also hard for the details of the projects to be recalled. "Save time and better reports"

What do you like best about HeadLight?

Headlight allows inspectors to spend more time in the field gathering more useful information and less time in the trailer. This information is easily searchable and a great resource for PM's to keep track of the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HeadLight?

As with all tech there are bugs. Although, headlight does a great job of getting on them quickly to provide assistance or updates to fix the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are solving field issues with our customers and it can be in real time. We are realizing that we are creating observations that we can go back and reviews 1 year, 2 year or 3 years later to develop trends. What do you like best about HeadLight?

The upside to headlight in my industry of work is the capability and capacity of picture documentation it allows me to use and store with my daily inspection reports for each project I oversee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HeadLight?

The only downfall I have experienced over the last two years in using Headlight is the syncing mechanism is sometimes slow and at times lost during the syncing process between iPad app and Desktop software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
