And you can format those reports to your liking. Also love that you can view either as administrator or user, it's always good to see what it will look like from the POV of the user **What do you dislike about VolunteerHub?** It's not a super intuitive software to use. Does take some using and understanding to get the hang of than usual. I think the user interface could be a lot cleaner. **What problems is VolunteerHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Volunteer Hub to create events for both our volunteers and homeowners and keep track of who all is signing up for them. It not only helps me keep track of sign ups but also allows me to automatically send out reminders etc etc ### 2. (One time, Minors, long term etc) **What do you dislike about VolunteerHub?** The reporting features left much to be desired and it lacked an app which most of our volunteers requested. **What problems is VolunteerHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** They do not have a mobile app but their software is very mobile friendly. ### 3. We utilized it every day and it unquestionably made it a lot simpler to deal with our broad volunteer database. It was a significant asset. The custom reports are superior to anything you get with most contributor the executives programming canned reports. It was a lot simpler to pull questions of our present volunteers, and gave a simple method to new ones to join. **What do you dislike about VolunteerHub?** It has a great arrangement however I don't care for that bunch heads can't see their program, there's nothing more to it. **Recommendations to others considering VolunteerHub:** It's an incredible solution for any expansive organization investigating drawing in and overseeing volunteers. I'd try it an attempt. **What problems is VolunteerHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has offered and capacity to keep all volunteer data composed, and there is an extraordinary help group at Vol center point. I utilize their online courses all an opportunity to find out about different highlights advertised. For the most part, we have accomplished following and speaking with volunteers. ### 6. It provides a seamless experience for our volunteers from checkin to checkout! **What do you dislike about VolunteerHub?** The inability to create a private events for special groups. **What problems is VolunteerHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our organization highly depends on the work of our volunteers, so having a site that allows us to schedule our volunteers and also track metrics for grant opportunities is very beneficial. ### 7. But with time comes perfection. **Recommendations to others considering VolunteerHub:** Please make sure to look into other software before signing a contract. Excellent resource for running a quality volunteer program, if budget allows. **What problems is VolunteerHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can keep all volunteer information organized, and there is a great support team at Vol hub. It's a great software for any large company looking into engaging and managing volunteers. From management of hours to reports and keeping track of volunteer's information such as their demographic data and history of volunteering. **What do you dislike about VolunteerHub?** I have utilized many different software platforms and I can say that while Volunteer Hub is on the high end of maneuverability and aesthetics when it comes to volunteer management software. There are some more expensive programs that are better, but overall, I think that Volunteer Hub is an excellent choice for the cost. **What problems is VolunteerHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** At our non profit, we use this program to manage our 500+ volunteers who volunteer in multiple different facets within our organization. We are able to save and manage their personal and demographic information, input their hours, run reports on both individual and organizational basis, as well as generate other data useful to our organization. Volunteer Hub is a good, all-around program that has exceeded the usability of the past programs we have attempted to use. It's a little pricier than some of the other options, but very worth of the investment. I would recommend this program to other non profits looking for volunteer management software. ### 14. We use it for the 16,000+ volunteers that come through our doors each yeah. **What problems is VolunteerHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Volunteer, project, mailing management. The custom reports are better than you get with most donor management software canned reports. **What do you dislike about VolunteerHub?** Integration with Raiser's Edge isn't as seamless as I'd like, but they do seem to take suggestions to heart and really care about how clean the data is when it comes over. Customer service isn't fantastic, either...and we've had a few contacts who didn't seem to know what they were talking about. **Recommendations to others considering VolunteerHub:** Do your research - do you want a kiosk for your volunteers to sign in on? Do you want integration with your current fundraising database? Also consider the cost associated with a move to volunteer management software - if you have a current system, but want to be very strategic about your communications with these donors, VolunteerHub will likely be a great fit. If you don't have a strategic plan for communication with volunteers - or if you already have a system in place to track hours - you might think twice about an expensive option like VH. **What problems is VolunteerHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can now keep track of volunteers outside of our fundraising database and we're able to be very intentional about how we interact with the volunteers that serve us. ### 16. We used it daily and it definitely made it much easier to manage our extensive volunteer database. It was a valuable resource. It was much easier to pull queries of our current volunteers, and provided an easy way for new ones to join. **What do you dislike about VolunteerHub?** The options are a bit limited, with other databases that I have used with other companies there were more options and a more user friendly appealing interface, but VolunteerHub definitely gets the job done. **What problems is VolunteerHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use VolunteerHub to organize prospective volunteers for events, and allow them to sign up and receive notifications.
