They tend to respond within an hour or less in most cases. The automation suite is very easy to use after a little bit of a learning curve. I cannot recommend this software enough. It saves our organization hundreds of hours, allowed us to replace an aging Alert Server, helped us schedule report printing cutting down on wasted paper, and has enabled us to create integrations that would have been far more difficult otherwise. Being able to execute a command line allowed us to greatly increase the capability of the automation suite as well. **What do you dislike about VisualCron?** There are still some quirks with the WebMacro recording, but overall the tool is very useful. **Recommendations to others considering VisualCron:** Take a look at the variety of tasks VisualCron offers. Some of them you may never use, but others can be extended beyond the initial impression. Running a command prompt, for instance, allows us to do custom scripting using NodeJS. Also, learn how to use the variables. A lot of the power in VisualCron comes from being able to pass data back and forth between tasks using the variables. **What problems is VisualCron solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have several different problems we solve with VisualCron: Warehouse pick list via crystal reports gets automatically printed. (Cuts down on printing costs because only one source is printing). Accounting processes with bank processing. (Secured file generation, transfer, and receipt all consolidated in one tool instead of the 4 different tools it would have taken without this software.) ERP Alerts. (Converting SQL alerts from our old server to VisualCron because the old alert no longer has support). ### 5. Timesaving moneymaker with exceptional support **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Michael J. | Ägare, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2019 **What do you like best about VisualCron?** I have a lot of good things to say about this software considering how much time and money it has saved our company, it's hard for a short review to do it justice as we've used it for over 4 years now, but I'll compile a list of a few things; * The almost endless amount of tasks and variable-combination you can create in order to get the automation you need for your day-to-day production and workload. * The INCREDIBLY speedy support-responses we receive whenever we have questions regarding the product, features or anything. Our experience with other companies when it comes to support is ~1-3 days for responses. With VisualCron it took 3 hours at the most. Their average/fastest in our experience is anywhere between 5-25 minutes. That is outstanding and impressive, and it shows that they understand the concept of time=money. *Their affordable price-tags compared to their competitors was something that also drew us in and made us chose their product, as well as their reputation for their great customer support, which is something we value highly. *Their extensive logging-functions where you can chose pretty much how much you want to log, how long you want it saved, how detailed you want it and more. **What do you dislike about VisualCron?** It might take a little bit to really dig in to this software and understand it fully , considering how much there is to learn about it - as long as you try not to get overwhelmed by it at first and take your time to learn what you need it to perform, one thing at a time , you wont regret it. I'm *really* happy that I was not scared away because I didn't understand everything right away, and took my time to learn it. Trust me, it's worth it. **Recommendations to others considering VisualCron:** My advice is that you try it for yourself. They have a generous free Trial of 45 days with full functionality so that you can try and see if it fits your needs. That's what we did before we decided to purchase it. **What problems is VisualCron solving and how is that benefiting you?** We currently have over 200 jobs running on a server and adding more each month. We do everything from Executing commands and applications on remote desktops, creating backups daily, scheduled triggers to notify us by email whenever a change happens to either of our files/folders in specific maps, exporting data from our databases and importing to excel/pdf and much more. The application and implementation of this tool allowed us to automate many tasks and processes in an easy, simple and unique way. The user interface is very intuitive, allows self-learning without leaving one that is fully customizable and that has a technical support that perfectly meets your work, executing consultations only in hours. It fulfills many processes and tasks in a matter of milestones and can be monitored, assigned new tasks. **What do you dislike about VisualCron?** This tool is great. Everything is fine, it fully fulfills its purpose. negative point perhaps would be the limitations presented in the tests. In addition, some of the tutoliars may be inaccurate with the tasks to be performed **Recommendations to others considering VisualCron:** The best thing about this platform is the price quality relationship. You get what you need and the product truly meets all that it indicates at a very low cost. This allows focusing actions in other areas of the business. For us it was very useful. recommended. **What problems is VisualCron solving and how is that benefiting you?** mainly the automation of many processes has had a resounding success. We have saved time and money with the application of this software since by just programming it, it takes care of all the processes and thus gives us the direct opportunity to devote ourselves to other things in the business ### 7.
