VideoScribe will be perfect to get you something similar using online cartoon images, The timing features are like any other software but it is quite user friendly and easy to use. It is not free so annoying watermarks are there. Not much support available online, but Googling might give ypu some answers. **What do you dislike about VideoScribe?** Very limited. Cannot extrapolate to more professional looking output. The free version is just a trial for 7 days and can be pretty annoying. The user interface of Videoscribe looks outdated.
