**What do you like best about SimplyFile?**

I love how a menu box always pops up after hitting Send on an email, which gives you options on where to file the email after sending it.

**What do you dislike about SimplyFile?**

I wish the software would make suggestions on saving in other email boxes other than my primary box.

**What problems is SimplyFile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SimplyFile is solving the problem of getting uniform compliance in meeting our email retention policies.

incredibly easy to use. 
I can save an email to the correct vendor folder with a click. 

**What do you dislike about SimplyFile?**

did not find yet. stilly trying to use it.

**Recommendations to others considering SimplyFile:**

TIME! No more time wasted trying to organize my sent and received emails. 

**What problems is SimplyFile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

fast and time saving for filing my tons of work e-mails.
