I really disliked the fact that Sertifier holds back email customization in the pro plan which is more than 10x in price vs the essentials plan. So if you're on essentials plan, the email that goes to your learners with the certificate link will have a 'helper text' [which is OK], but there will be heavy Sertifier branding under the helper text -- I understand why they add it, but there should be a way for me to remove it without shelling out 10x more / month. Maybe an addon to the essentials plan [like what 'Certifier' offers].
