Although I’m relatively new to the programming realm, I’ve had no issues tapping into their API through simple desktop scripts, which speaks to how well it’s designed. Equally impressive is their support team. They are extremely prompt in addressing any concerns, and on several occasions, they’ve even implemented enhancements to accommodate some fairly esoteric requirements unique to our print advertising workflows. If I had to pick something, it would be the 100-character limit on QR code filenames. That said, it’s a minor issue and easily addressed on our end through simple desktop scripting to keep filenames within the limit. I use codes in print work extensively, some for use cases where there isn't even a page built yet, but I can go in at any time and easily change the link. The ability to tag codes also makes it incredibly easy to find specific ones among dozens and dozens of codes. **What do you dislike about Scanova?** I haven't really had any issues, the only thing is the frequency of emails from Scanova promoting things. I may be able to unsubscribe, but I haven't looked, I just delete them. **What problems is Scanova solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have large quantities of codes that I need simple codes for and Scanova just works easily. It is also a great tool to enable the wider team to access, manage, create and download their own QR codes & having them all stored in one central place enables anyone to find the correct QR code when they need it (without the reliance on contacting the original team member) **What do you dislike about Scanova?** One of the very few dislikes is that there is only one person who can delete a QR code from the system (the account owner). It would be great if a user could delete a QR code, even if it was limited to only the ones that they themselves create. I do find it slightly difficult to login to the site and navigate the site, which has been a slight downfall. The user interface could use improvement.
