It would be great if they could be sent as a pdf so that they could not be altered. **What problems is SalonBiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping up with inventory, and it automatically updating as items are sold. This saves a ton of time with manual counts. ### 2. Not only is this system easy to use, but if there are any questions, SalonBiz has resources on their website such as tutorials to help staff to utilize the software to the best of their ability **What do you dislike about SalonBiz?** SalonBiz is very simple and helps keep services and products in order, however I wish there were more ways to save information securely such as credit cards, and maybe access to a "punch card" towards a promotion? **What problems is SalonBiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** I feel as if SalonBiz is very user friendly for both stylists and receptionists. It is certainly the type of software that you will get what you put into it, so utilize it as much as you can to store client notes, formulas, and even products and even keeping stock! ### 3. It also tells you what each things if you hover over the icons with your mouse **What do you dislike about SalonBiz?** Is very slow and not always accurate when booking appointments. I don't like that you cannot change the name of an appointment without having to cancel and rebook it. **Recommendations to others considering SalonBiz:** I would recommend testing out the software first to see if it fully meets the needs of your salon and spa. **What problems is SalonBiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has impacted my work because it makes it easier to see the appointments for the day, instead of having to use a paper book and pen. It solves my problems by allowing me to also prepare for the days ahead since you can see the calendar. ### 4. Also, this software is terrible on iOS portrait mode. **Recommendations to others considering SalonBiz:** Every spa/salon should be using this! **What problems is SalonBiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love how I can see my stylist’s schedule and pick a time that works for me without spending half an hour on the phone. It saves me a lot of time and hassle. ### 6. I also like being able to add client notes on the app anytime. **What do you dislike about SalonBiz?** The inability to edit my client notes on the app and also the inability to see coworkers schedules. Also I’ve often run into the problem of client history not showing up. I rely on this for client information, and it’s frustrating to have nothing show up in the client notes or previous appointments when the information should be listed. **What problems is SalonBiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** We’ve had problems with the system being down somewhat regularly although not as much recently. ### 7. Reports help bring insight into business trends. Love that the staff has a mobile version to help them manage appointments remotely ### 8. They’re online training tutorials really set you up for success. **What do you dislike about SalonBiz?** It doesn’t work properly half the time and shuts down a lot. The integration with Pure Privilege through Aveda is always faulty. There is no way to set up a customer list by birthday- just birth month. **Recommendations to others considering SalonBiz:** Make sure you fully research and read reviews between this and Millenium before choosing. Both have flaws, but you have to outweigh your pros and cons between the two. **What problems is SalonBiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Salonbiz helps us organize customer info and appointments. ### 9. It's simple and easy to teach what to do. **What do you dislike about SalonBiz?** I don't like that it doesn't automatically pull up the profile of the person calling in. This is what could be improved upon. **What problems is SalonBiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** We book appointments, cancel, reschule with people over the phone. SalonBiz makes it really easy to do all three. Which makes the phone call super short and allows for better customer service. ### 10.
