Also I found their automated insight reports could save a heap of time wasted each month on reporting. The other big one was the 2-3 days it took each time when forecasting SEO traffic in excel can now be done in SEOmonitor in just 1-2 minutes and the accuracy with the right seed set of keywords can't be beaten, also it can be re-forecasted at any point if required. ### 23. The score measures the actual impact of ranking changes, taking into account the various features that each query can trigger in the search results. Combined with the app's ability to connect keywords to conversions and revenue, it makes it easy for both us and the clients to monitor and understand our SEO efforts and results. **What do you dislike about SEOmonitor?** Whenever new features are being added to the app, it sometimes results in some functionality/usability issues. While the support team is awesome at responding right away, it does sometime take up to a day or two for those issues to get fixed. **Recommendations to others considering SEOmonitor:** For us, SEOmonitor takes care of everything when it comes to creating and monitoring an SEO campaign (keyword research, rank tracking, competition insights, forecasting and reporting). If you don't have such a tool, or you have one but aren't satisfied (or worse, you have multiple tools that have significant overlap), do give this one a try. One of the new features that has been added recently is the option of getting billed for the exact number of sites and keywords in your account, which means you can scale to the exact size of your available clients, thus making it affordable for both freelancers/small agencies and flexible for large firms as well. **What problems is SEOmonitor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Makes it very easy to create solid business cases for our leads, as well as provide our clients with a clear picture of the impact that our SEO campaigns bring. ### 26. Absolutely love the SERP and site change tracking features as this makes transparency in client reporting much better. Basically everything on this tool has tremendous value provided you make the effort to use it fully. **What do you dislike about SEOmonitor?** The only thing at this point is when you want to look at lots of rows or a larger time period things get a little slow. It is nice that it supposedly is in real time. **What do you dislike about SEOmonitor?** Keyword research tool does nothing. You can get a free tool. It basically is just a way to add more words to track. You constantly have to check all the data against actual search data and a good portion of the time it is wrong. Customer support can take a day or more to respond. In the past there have been tons of errors accessing basic features. **Recommendations to others considering SEOmonitor:** If your data isn't accurate there is no point in the software. It helps SEOs avoid overwhelm with all the different ranking measurements it's possible to track. 2) The logic that joins Google Analytics with Google Webmasters (Search Console) data to provide a good-as-it-gets overview of search rankings' contribution to traffic. 3) The research tools and 'Opportunity Score' metric to help prioritise which keywords to aim for. 4) The speed at which the company is innovating and adding new features, and responding to changes in the industry and the way Google provides its data 5) The customer support and responsiveness to needs. First class onboarding by phone and ever-present help over Intercom. **What do you dislike about SEOmonitor?** Nothing. The only sub par aspect of the whole experience might be the occasional interface glitches. Sometimes the interface can be slow or do things you don't expect. Having said that it has improved since I've been using it. **Recommendations to others considering SEOmonitor:** Definitely do the free trial. If you look at the service tiers and don't find one that suits your requirements, speak to the company and tell them what you need.
