I like the user interface of Pritunl. It's easy to use for beginners. It can be distributed among different servers and data centers to increase performance and handle failures. It's a cross-platform app available on all operating systems like Mac, Windows, and Linux. It's open-source, free to use, and easily configurable VPN software. The best part about Pritunl is its high security. Community support and documentation are much better compared to other VPNs in the market. I like the auto-connect feature of Pritunl; it connects automatically when the app starts. It is supported by almost all platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It creates problems while configuring static IPs; it gets a little bit slow in the case of static IPs. Its connectivity is affected by the firewall. Features are very limited. There is no notification mechanism to show if it is connected or disconnected; you need to look into the app to know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface, while functional, could benefit from a design overhaul to make it more intuitive for users to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to use even for non-tech folks, which makes the adoption and roll out much faster. Don't have to bother about reaching to IT folks for something breaking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be the fact that keeping it simple has made the options very limited. A side-effect of this is that the not so frequently used options by the users are not user friendly, need to figure out how to achieve an outcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has a very beautiful interface and it can handle quite allot of users. I also liked that I was able to run it using docker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Pritunl for over 5 years now and haven't had any issues with it. I'm always connected and able to access our secure data. The only improvement I can think of is the aesthetics of the software. Other than that, it's flawless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
