At the same time, works efficiently in managing the optimization of the project tasks and resources. Proper analysis of the data (qualitative as well as quantitative) is also provided on the same software. **What do you dislike about PMWEB?** Sometimes, the software doesn't work effectively in terms of speed, and it can only be accessed over a laptop or computer screen. Installation problems have also been witnessed. **What problems is PMWEB solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the problem of planning multi-stage projects with higher efficiency. If you feel it is limited and should include more, consider asking your site administrator about updating the security settings to make the functionality you would like available for vendors. ### 3. Everything is developed thinking about the conversion and loyalty of our customer. **What do you dislike about PMWEB?** They don't have integration with important technology suppliers in the hospitality market, such as Cloudbeds (PMS) and are a little stiff for more advanced customizations. **What problems is PMWEB solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are a great toolkit for the hotelier to stop being dependent on OTAs and tour operators and focus on direct sales and customer relationships. It maintains depth and flexibility, and ease of use. **What do you dislike about PMWEB?** It will be effective when PM web supports mobile applications and only has limited vendor site information. **What problems is PMWEB solving and how is that benefiting you?** It will be helpful to manage plenty of records and to retrieve the information quickly and also saves time. We love hearing feedback. We pride ourselves on offering an all-in-one solution. PMWeb is a responsive site allowing you to access it from any device with a browser. PMWeb also offers a mobile app, although being a modular system, your organization may have selected to not include that in their solution. The speed of your system is dependent on the hosting solution your organization has. If you're self-hosted, then the speed of your system is an issue that needs to be discussed with your IT department. ### 7. Regardless of that fact we have made substantial customizations to the reporting side. Support has been right there with us to get through any issues / upgrades. **What do you dislike about PMWEB?** Some of the menus feel a little clunky. When inputting some documents that we use, and track daily getting them all in requires many clicks. **Recommendations to others considering PMWEB:** I can't say enough about their support. We held off on updating for a long period, and they were still willing to update stored procedures they had created for us. They are very very helpful, and knowledgeable. **What problems is PMWEB solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a design build firm, and have a very large amount of Sub-Contractors that work with us. PMWeb allows us to keep communication lines open by giving our subs access to our system without having to give them access to our network. Its a one stop shop; plans, timelines, submittals they are all available to all who need them. ### 9. It has helped us in that manner as all invoices are tracked and need to go through a workflow prior to getting paid. ### 11. Ease of access. Being a web based program employees can access the dashboard from even a remote location. 2. Customization. The project can be customized to a great extent to suit your needs. 3. A great reporting tool. You can generate a lot of different reports which come very handy when you want to look at numbers very quickly. **What do you dislike about PMWEB?** 1. It is a little confusing and requires the employees to go through sufficient training to understand and be able to use it. 2. The cost of the product is on the higher side as compared to a lot of other similar products. **What problems is PMWEB solving and how is that benefiting you?** Typically PMWeb is used to manage construction projects. We took a different approach and customized the tool to also help us manage workflow. In a real estate office project management is different than the actual construction department. We added options like lease management, rent tracking, utility tracking, approvals, customer information and a lot more options. ### 12. If i'm actually required to review a submittal. Additionally, the automatic email function floods my inbox with emails that are superfluous **Recommendations to others considering PMWEB:** If you're looking for a linux version of a document management and tracking system, this would be it. It's not intuitive, display and gives access to way to much information, is robust, but is no Mac or Windows enterprise quality of a program. **What problems is PMWEB solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem the software helps to address is the organization and tracking of the large amounts of paperwork required prior and during a construction project. However, how this software compares to others out there (Newforma, Procore, etc) is that it's at the bottom of the barrel for me. It is beneficial to see all the information of who's touched a submittal, when, and what their comments were, but it's also very confusing and non intuitive for an interface. ### 13. Takes too much time and very confusing. **What do you dislike about PMWEB?** It increases workload for the Project Team, slows down submittal process. It is not integrated with other program management software. **What problems is PMWEB solving and how is that benefiting you?** Controls department loves it and that’s about it. It has no benefit to project management teams. ### 14.
