It allows users to create customized bots in minutes without code. We can train the bot by adding resources like urls, pdf, text, Qna. There is also one option called catalog where we can add details about our product. It processes information rapidly. In addition to user-provided data, it also retrieves some foundational information that is noteworthy. Supports many languages, which is quite impressive. Easy to integrate with your site for marketing/sales. One of its best features is, it enable users edit the bot's responses during training conversations, allowing it to continuously improve over time. It also summarizes the chat with customer and saves it in chat history, which can be easily accessed by developers/support Engineers. We can also export the data, as it intergrates with tools like Google sheets, Webhook, Zapier, etc. **What do you dislike about Orimon?** It does not provide users the ability to set the tone of conversation such as formal, informal, descriptive, empathetic. Would be better if this feature is added. The only challenge I faced was setting up lead integration with webhook server.
