This may be dependent on the service agreement - every event is surveyed. Although an accurate pull of information offers a more informative view; residents feel it's a bit overdone. The result being, they do not respond to all surveys they receive. Being able to resend the survey when a low rate is given due to not understanding which way the number scale works. We have experienced this several times. We are asked if they can redo the survey, but I do not believe there is a feature for this, currently available to us.
