**What do you like best about Looop?**

I like Looop for its ease of use. It's not convoluted like other systems, making it easy to create events and upload content. The initial setup was very streamlined, and the implementation team did a terrific job.

**What do you dislike about Looop?**

Some of the features are much more limited than other LMSes. It isn't the smartest or most functional system, lacking integrated and sophisticated content creation and career pathing features.

**What problems is Looop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Looop helps learners have a one-stop shop for learning content and helps managers track completion and attendance. It's easy to use, not convoluted like other systems, and makes content creation straightforward.

**What do you like best about Looop?**

Easy to build to brand and flexible to use.  I love how external links can be integrated, making the entire experience about the learner.  Easy to navigate and set up, keeping the user experience in mind.  It can be branded to suit, have assessments, and does whatever one would need it to do.  If there have been any challenges, our Looop partner Mike has been excellent! He has found the time to help, has had the patience to answer my 10000 questions, and has always been at hand as outstanding support.  I would recommend without hesitation.

**What do you dislike about Looop?**

Can be time consuming to brand the platform at first, but once that's done, it's plain sailing!  No negativities; the platform is excellent!

**Recommendations to others considering Looop:**

Easy to make your won with its simple features to custom, brand and add one feel.  Flexible in how it is used, so simple to add pre-designed files, videos, and test quizzes.  A highlight has to be the amount of support available from Looop Labs to the help desk feature. A special acknowledgement to Mike Collins who has been supporting me from integration to campaign building to being available for my 1000 questions, absolute superstar!

**What problems is Looop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform is not just used to create learning modules but to load tutorials, knowledge check, assess, share links and so much more!  The learning journey is 100% more exciting with Looop.

This is great to be able to host training for your staff.  Can be tough if you're incorporating volunteers that you have to pay to create an account for.

It is the way we train our staff and volunteers.  It holds all past trainings and gives great resources

**What do you like best about Looop?**

Honestly, EVERYTHING! The UI is clean and intuitive, content creation is fast and easy, and access to analytics is AMAZING. If I had to choose, my absolute favorite feature would have to be campaigns - creating custom slack messages and emails that are triggered and sent to users within a group, who meet a specific criteria, has been a game changer. Looop's client services team is also one of the best that I have ever had the pleasure to work with - they are super friendly and quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about Looop?**

Nothing! There is not a single thing that I dislike about Looop. Looop is constantly engaging their client base for feedback and they are always improving. They even host monthly knowledge shares for Looop users to learn from each other.

**What problems is Looop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We implemented Looop to better support our internal onboarding and certification training programs. We're also currently working on client-facing onboarding and accreditation as well.

**What do you like best about Looop?**

TLDR review - Easy to use interface, responsive customer service that continually works in partnership with you, innovative features. The campaigning feature is the first of its kind I have seen in an LMS.
Having used different LMS, Looop has reawakened my passion for designing, creating and sharing online resources. Their system is intuitive, reporting functionality is robust and our users are engaged with the system. The Looop team will continually support you throughout your journey with Looop. Some LMS providers will communicate with you when you are in the sales pipeline and then you hardly hear from them once you have bought. Not so with Looop, there is a real sense of community within the customer base where best practice is shared.

**What do you dislike about Looop?**

Nothing yet - I would just like to be able to use it to its full capacity, yet that is more about more learning on my part

**What problems is Looop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now working in a hybrid way and need to provide access to learning resources to different groups of people in different localities. Looop allows us to do this. We are also centralising our learning offering within the organisation and creating a central place to access and update resources

The campaigns are excellent. Once you've completed the hard graft of setting them up you can take people through an entire program at the click of the button, including reminder emails to the learner and their manager.

There is not much to dislike about Looop. Some greater functionality in terms of customisation would be a bonus, but I'm aware there are plans to introduce this in the future so that will tick all the boxes.

Looop is not just an excellent LMS but is able to offer valuable resources targeted to individuals and groups, meaning staff are far more likely to spend time on the platform

**What do you like best about Looop?**

Looop is intuitive, easy to use from an administrator's perspective and has some amazing functionality which sets it apart from other providers. Mainly it's campaign feature which allows you to target specific employees with comms, learning, surveys and more across multiple channels. The ability to automate this means that you can reach more people with less work. On top of great tech features the other massive bonus of working with Looop is you have access to a community of other Looop users and L&D experts. There are regular sessions to share ideas, top tips, challenges etc and the continued support from Mike at Looop has been second to none.

**What do you dislike about Looop?**

There isn't much I dislike but as the tech is still quite young there have been a few more bugs that have needed fixing than you'd get with a more established provider. Also integration with our user provisioning tool hasn't been as straight forward as I'd have hoped but the team at Looop are SO responsive, neither of these have impacted my perception of the technology or the extent to which I'd recommend it to others.

**What problems is Looop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem we're solving is that we're able to automate learning content provision. A simple example being we're overhauling our onboarding experience and have built an automated campaign that shares information about the organisation as well as how to get set up with systems along with compliance training etc. It's all automated from the initial welcome email to chasing for incomplete compliance training. This is fantastic for small start ups who have lean HR teams. Not only that but people are able to perform more productively from day one. Another example of performance improvement we've seen is the take up and effectiveness of 1:1s. We built a campaign and some resources to support line managers and it has been extremely well adopted and the quality of 1:1s has increased.

**What do you like best about Looop?**

Looop makes it easy to upload custom content, create simple articles, and make it all available to our end users on a laptop or using the mobile app for iOS and Android. I can easily assign training or resources and track a users completion. Looops admin portal provides the reporting data that I need, and connects easily with Azure AD and includes a Microsoft Teams bot :)

**What do you dislike about Looop?**

I honestly can not list any dislikes. Looop has what I and my company needs, and the Looop team is always so supportive, accessible, and reliable.

**What problems is Looop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can now deliver resources and training directly to our team members no matter where they are and make it easy to digest with more manageable micro-learning segments tied together in pathways. Everyone here knows Looop and references it often. We have also been able to track training completion, identify training needs, and have more successful deployments with internal applications now that we have a central location for all of the ingormation.  The onboarding experience has been well received and helps new hires, or new position changes, feel more confident with their direction in the company.

**What do you like best about Looop?**

I love how closely the platform relates to how learning works in the modern world. It is like creating a 'Google' style learning resource for organisations where users are served content directly relevant to the question they are searching the answer for. This delivers learning which hits the spot quickly rather than users having to wade through pages and pages of eLearning content. This saves time (and money) all around. Users are distracted with hours worth of irreleant un-necessary stuff, whilst L&D teams are saving budget in the barrow load by not having to create pages and pages of eLearning esque content. The support from the team at Looop is brilliant. There is a good knowledge base, but what I prefer is to use their online chat to ask questions in the flow of my work. I find them to be very responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Looop?**

It's difficult to put my finger on anything that I don't particular like that isn't already on the Looop roadmap for the future. There is a good level of development activity happening in Looop and they are very transparent in sharing this with me and other customers. I feel informed of where they are and where they are heading. It looks like they've coverd all bases.

**Recommendations to others considering Looop:**

Talk to the team at Looop about your specific user case. Every organisation is different and yours will be. Talking to the team there helps with figuring out how to get the most out of the platform for your case study, but also may reveal insights from other organisations already using Looop.

**What problems is Looop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For one of my clients who I recommneded Looop to, we needed to deploy quite a complex programme of content rapidly. The idea was to drip feed the content on a daily basis for 66 days. Driving engagement and users towards the content required an automated email campaign. We were able to deliver this using Looop and by making use of the campaign feature. The speed in which we put this in front of a live audience was incredible. We could not have achieved this without the platform.

**What do you like best about Looop?**

Looop totally scraps the old fashion approach or the idea of LMS but provides a next generation feel with powerful tools that is not just restricted to learning management system. Unlike other LMS, Looop allows you to create content library within minutes - thanks to the features - and all this can be done inside LMS. This is a unique features, which allows to create custom content on-the-fly and get it assigned to your learners. This saves lot of human effort in creating content outside LMS and then importing it.

Identifying competency gaps is not easy with the current dashboard and can be improved.

**What problems is Looop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Looop allows to create customized learning paths based on the learners interest, which makes the use of LMS more exciting and engaging. Looop also allows managers to take control of the data for analysis and find out the improvement areas.

**What do you like best about Looop?**

Looop is an unconventional LMS packed with features you won't find in a typical LMS. The campaign engine is phenominal and really helps get engagement for your learning content by showing you what works and what doesn't with very little effort. The resource builder is pretty good as well.

**What do you dislike about Looop?**

The product is still fairly new and is developing at a good speed, but there is some missing functionality compared to other LMS's I've used in the past. Zoom integration would be critical for right now, but it absent. (planned tho.)

**Recommendations to others considering Looop:**

The big players in the LMS scene all do the same thing and that's fine. Looop is a unique product, just give it a try. I'm sure you'll be impressed.

We're using Looop as an all in one LMS and KB for all internal employees. It has helped us to standardized content and how we deploy it to the team. We are a rapidly developing start-up, so having Looop has really helped us scale and add team members quickly.

Looop is super easy to use -- I found it easy to build and develop content and easy for the business to get set up and learn. Their analytics and tracking were also super simple. Their customer support was also amazing in helping get us set up and building.

I didn't dislike anything -- I highly recommend using Looop.

We needed a way to send training and track who was taking what easily. We initially used it for compliance training for new hires and new products, and then expanded to different training and development opportunities like onboarding pathways and manager development.

**What do you like best about Looop?**

There's a lot to like about Looop. It was the digital marketing tools that were probably tho most useful and impactful for us. Combined with customized user groups, we can target messaging to just the right people for just the right resources. The automated campaign tools allow us to then put that on auto-pilot. We've automated the onboarding process for multiple departments, saving hundreds of people hours. Having an integrated event management feature is also great. It's very smooth to create an event, invite participants, manage enrollment, and integrate with their Outlook calendars. It's like having MailChimp and Eventbrite inside our LMS.

**What do you dislike about Looop?**

There's little if anything to dislike about Looop. They are a young-ish company and while the platform isn't as "robust" as many other older learning platforms, it's also delightfully streamlined and focused. And they build fast, with platform updates getting pushed multiple times a day sometimes. It's grown quite a bit since we started using it only a year ago. If they fall short anywhere right now I would say it's with accessibility. It's still a bit challenging with screen readers and other assistive technology, but I know they are working on it.

**What problems is Looop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest challenge was communicating with our "customers", i.e. the learners within my organization. We needed to make people aware of the resources available to them, and to better understand their needs and blockers. With Looops customer insights tools (i.e. surveys) and integrated digital marketing tools (i.e. campaigns) we've solved that. We also wanted to automate the more mundane elements of managing a learning experience, which we've done via responsive campaigns. We've saved hundreds of people hours by automating onboarding experiences, and we've been able to scale a management development course without losing the intimate discussions and community development aspects of it.

**What do you like best about Looop?**

This software is intuitive and versatile! It allows me to create a resources-first approach to our learning, as well as design courses specifically for my user's needs. It also allows me to assess their knowledge and track progress with ease. Many LMS platforms allow the ability to create learning courses without the possibility of revisiting the material--unless that take the course again. 

Loooop goes beyond that approach!

Through the use of resources, Looop has the ability for the users to revisit and refresh their knowledge on the specific topic--rather than go through an entire "course." It's an excellent feature of Looop and encourages the learners to engage with Looop in a way that promotes continued personal growth.

**What do you dislike about Looop?**

As an administrator, I would like the ability to drag and drop items, rather than use the arrows. The current system takes a bit longer than I would like. I would also like more thorough reports on Pathway completion. It would help me a bit more with tracking people down--although with a few more clicks, I can find the data I'm looking for very easily.

I'm going to turn this "cons" post around to a positive very quickly, however, because the Looop team is--hands down--the most responsive team I have every worked with. They truly take every user design suggestion under consideration and improve the functionality of the software in an extremely speedy manner. It it incredibly and appreciated!

**Recommendations to others considering Looop:**

I cannot say enough good things about Looop. It is an intuitive software that has transformed the way I approach L&D! The ability to create customized courses and use a variety of resource modalities are just a few things I enjoy about Looop. The intangibles are often the most important part of any software, and I have to say that the help, support, and community surrounding Looop is the best I've ever seen. The Looop company not only cares about its platform, it truly cares about its customers and gives them the very best service and attention!

**What problems is Looop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have employees remote and in-house. The "problem" is getting everyone on the same page with information and testing that knowledge. With the ability to do video assessments, I can see what my users know and don't know in real time, which gives me the ability to assess how I can help them. Additionally, the resources-first approach to learning helps use put resources together in a way that is logical for our users, BUT they can continue to review the content of those resource after they have completed the course. This has kep us on the same page in terms of consistency of knowledge and understanding--especially spread-out around the country. All of these things keep my learners "in the Looop!"

**What do you like best about Looop?**

Simple and easy user interface.  Looop is just easy.  It is also robust in that it allows us a lot of flexibility for how we load and manage content, report activity, and interact with users.  Not once have we clicked on something and thought, "What were they thinking here?" ...which sadly has occurred in most other corporate systems I've used.

**What do you dislike about Looop?**

I do have to explain a bit of the vocabulary, like "What is a workspace?"  But once people get it, we're good.  The most remarkable thing about this system is how universally popular it has been.  Our L&D teams is happy.  Our leaders are happy.  Our marketing team is happy.  Our users are happy.  I felt validated when I saw posts to a talent development forum group where someone asked, "Does anyone have an LMS they don't hate?"  Everyone laughed and made their subtle and not so subtle jabs are many leading vendors.  Then, one person said, "I don't hate Looop."  I joined in, and pretty soon we had active dialog with people all over the country intrigued by an LMS that isn't frustrating, overbuilt, or underbuilt.

We need a variety of learning solutions for a rapidly growing and distributed professional workforce.  Looop is easy to use, highly configurable, and intuitive.  We've launched required HR training, personal and professional development, job-skills training, technical training, and sales enablement content.  We've also done it with a very small team, including one primary administrator, for over 2000 employees.

Loved how easy it is to upload resources , navigate the site from a learner point of view.  Can be integrated with our in house shared drive/MS teams . Using  it with campaigns to tailor and target your approach is the most effective and engaging way to drive traction to the site. Lots of immediate and useful help from Mike and Sarah

**What do you dislike about Looop?**

Just as I am a "One man Band" L&D manager on 3 days a week, time is precious. So even more pre written content would be most useful ( I know they are working on this)

spend as much time as you can with Mike and the support team to really understand how to use Looop to it fullest. Join the looop community and learn from others too.

Our teams are just starting out on their learning journeys - so Looop has given them the resources they need to get started. A campaign approach , targeted and tailored on one thing a month has proved most successful. E.G Wellbeing , which is at the top of everyone's agenda right now .

**What do you like best about Looop?**

After looking at multiple systems and finding that none of them lived up to the expectations or requirements we wanted for our LMS platform, Looop came to save the day.

With its many capabilities of slide decks, page view, video assessment, campaigns, emails, reporting and so much more, this platform has it all. 

I have found setting up the platform surprisingly easy and had how to guides and the Looop community behind me all the way with the support of Mike on intercom and via weekly calls.

That I didn't know about it sooner! Honestly so impressed with this platform's capabilities.

**Recommendations to others considering Looop:**

Do it! Honestly, we searched through pretty much every top listed LMS platform online and Looop just stood out from the crowd. I wish we had found Looop sooner.

**What problems is Looop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are moving a lot of our training online, and this platform gives us the flexibility to do this. With its ability to use different types of viewing experience for clients, and personalised dashboards for each of our clients, we are really impressed that everything has been thought about. We have space to house our how to guides, alongside engaging video content and question features to test the client's knowledge throughout the training.

**What do you like best about Looop?**

Looop really thinks about corporate learning in a way that is different from others on the market. Their approach has really helped us to start thinking differently as well - more in terms of how learning can take place in the flow of work and aid employees in becoming more effective at their jobs. Taking a marketing campaign approach to learning initiatives really asks us as learning professionals how we can bring a change in behavior and pull employees into learning rather than posting something and hoping employees find it.

**What do you dislike about Looop?**

The Looop platform is still being developed in some cases. While the developers are very open to ideas and feedback from clients, there is some functionality that would be really useful to have is still in development.

**What problems is Looop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Looop is really allowing us to reach and engage our employees in a way our previous learning platform was not. We also have a much greater level of analytics to be able to see what our employees are looking for, the content they are looking at, etc. The biggest change has really been the ability to push out multi-dimensional learning campaigns to specific audiences - essentially allowing the learning team to do more and be more effective and efficient.

Our organisation uses Looop primarily as a communications tool, rather than a learning and development tool. It’s been extremely useful as an internal communications platform and employee intranet. How easy it is to use!  We were able to start using right away.  The campaigns feature allows you to do automated emails, banners, etc. that are very helpful.  Especially when trying to do a chaser campaign to remind those who are behind in training to complete it.

There are a constant updates to the platform so you are able to deliver increasingly powerful resources to the teams.

For Learning to be truly continuous we need to fit with our team's lives, not the other way round. Access to the actual info they need, in a online digital format that they can get to from anywhere, including on their phone in the middle of a field, is perfect for us!

Looop has made virtual training, fun and easy to do. With all of the different features that Looop offers, we've been able to cater to a variety of different learning styles. We can upload training videos, put word documents with process flows, slide shows and the list goes on. I love that we can pull reports on our employees progress throughout Looop, as it gives us a clear direction on what areas people need help with and where they are excelling. The integration within the business, has been incredible. As a training team, we have had nothing but positive feedback.

I wouldn't say anything about Looop is difficult to use, if I had to pick something it would just be to find a way to show all of the resource within a workspace, without having to press something to show all.

We're working with Looop to support transformation in our L&D offer across our office functions. As a business  that grows and changes rapidly and wanted a digital learning solution that supported people with learning resources, when they need them; and to deliver key learning and messages in manageable chunks instead of 'online courses'. The UX on the mobile and desktop sites is spot on and like nothing else I've come across in the market; and the ease of creating the resources allows the job of the L&D team to be focused on performance improvement  rather than content creation.

There are minor improvements that could be made which the Looop team are receptive to hear our thoughts on and quick to fix any small issues we've had.

Most importantly we do not need training to use the system. It is extremely user friendly. You can create and assign trainings very quickly. Campaigns support to organize development programs (e.g. for new leaders and a mentoring program). Very most I like to see how the software constantly gets better.

**What do you like best about Looop?**

Looop has absolutely transformed the way I run the L&D Department at my company. It is extremely user-friendly and quick. 

There no HTML coding knowledge needed to create resources basically works like a word document. It really helped me to solve the issues with spending too much time in the classroom delivering content and for people forgetting what they have learned. 

By being able to recall every resource at the point of need it is a lot easier to establish and keep alive best practices in the business. It has also saved me a lot of time, so I can spend the face-to-face sessions on actually embedding learning through activities and also on performance coaching conversations. This has made a massive difference in terms of the support I can provide for the business. 

The analytics function helps me to stay focused on real issues, the search function is basically an automated and continuous learning needs analysis.  

**What do you dislike about Looop?**

I couldn't list any dislikes. I find it that it was the perfect technological tool to solve the issues I was having with L&D. 

**What problems is Looop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me to make onboarding a truly blended-learning experience. 
It has helped to establish and keep best practices alive.
It saves me a lot of time, so the classroom sessions become very tailored and activity-based.

**What do you like best about Looop?**

I love that I can choose my own logo for the platform, customise the colour and also choose my company font.
I love the campaign feature as it means I don't have to worry about remembering to send emails as its all done for me.
The new pathway feature is great as it means I can pull key resources into a pathway and track the analytics easily. 

**What do you dislike about Looop?**

There is nothing I dislike, I love using the platform and it makes my job 10x easier

**Recommendations to others considering Looop:**

You wont regret it, the support from our CSM is great and the platform is very easy to use

**What problems is Looop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am running my induction campaign on Looop for new starters and it is making my life so much easier and one less thing to worry about.
