The UI is a little outdated looking, but I personally like this. We are on a hosted setup, which can be pricey, but the performance is much better since we do not run in house. **What do you dislike about LoadMaster?** The price is a little high for the hosted environment, however it makes it significantly easier to onboard with the team since we did not have to host the software. There are really no built in Artificial Intelligence features unless you get with 3rd party vendors. **What problems is LoadMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?** Loadmaster helps us integrate with the many new forms of technology that are entering the industry. There are many AI tools that Loadmaster integrates and it makes it futureproof so that we can stick with the same solution for years. This brings data intelligence from other areas of the industry into our company. When it comes to API and automation, we are able to use very powerful tools to leverage an easier workflow. ### 2. There are also plenty of metrics you can track, which makes it easy to monitor what matters. **What do you dislike about LoadMaster?** The only thing I dislike about McLeod is that search results shown in a list format can’t be exported to an Excel spreadsheet, and they also can’t be copied and pasted. **What problems is LoadMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?** I’m able to track loads and view trips from multiple terminals all in one place, which makes it easier to plan better routes and get stronger logistics results. ### 3. There are so many tasks you can do, including dispatch, track ETA's, locate tractors and trailers, track drivers' HOS, billing info, etc. The possibilities are endless. **What do you dislike about LoadMaster?** Every tab you pull up stays in the background. Sometimes it can slow down the program. It can be a little clunky to use. **What problems is LoadMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?** LoadMaster helps me track and dispatch my truck drivers. It is the primary software we use to record our drivers' movements and load information for billing purposes. It is newer and has more functionality than AS400. ### 5. Load Master can be defined as all in one because we can find everything in just one space or system. It's been really usuful to the company I work to since it provide different tools that makes the work easier and not heavy to carry out **What do you dislike about LoadMaster?** at the moment Load Master has surprised with it intefase, so I'm unable to find out anything bad.
