What we love most about KarmaSoft is not just the software itself, but the extraordinary people behind it.

The platform is a valuable tool for managing our students, classes, payments, workshops, and teacher training programs. Its new version brings exciting improvements that make our daily operations easier and more intuitive.

However, what truly sets KarmaSoft apart is its exceptional customer support, especially Roody and his team.

Their kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine commitment to helping us have been remarkable. They don’t just listen to feedback; they actually act on it. We’ve seen improvements implemented incredibly quickly, features restored to accommodate our needs, and even personalized video tutorials created to guide us through the platform.

What do you dislike about karmasoft?

As with any software that is constantly evolving, there are occasional challenges, particularly when transitioning to a new version. Some features have required adjustments, and certain workflows can take a little time to get familiar with.

However, what could have been frustrating has actually become a very positive experience thanks to the incredible responsiveness of Roody and his team.

They genuinely welcome feedback, provide clear guidance, and work remarkably quickly to address concerns. Many of the issues we’ve encountered have already been resolved or improved.

What problems is karmasoft solving and how is that benefiting you?

KarmaSoft helps us simplify and organize the daily operations of our yoga schools by bringing essential administrative processes together in one platform.

We use it to manage student information, class schedules, attendance, memberships, payments, workshops, and teacher training programs. Having all this information centralized makes it easier to keep track of our students, coordinate activities across our different locations, and maintain better control over our operations.

One of its greatest benefits is the ability to manage different types of programs, from regular yoga classes to more complex training courses, while keeping payments and attendance records organized.

This helps us reduce administrative work, save time, and dedicate more attention to what truly matters: our students and their experience.

Another important benefit is knowing that we have a responsive and dedicated team supporting us. Whenever our operational needs present a challenge, Roody and his team work closely with us to find practical solutions.

"Easy to Use"

What do you like best about karmasoft?

I dreaded switching our studio software...trying to teach instructors and students a new system wasn't something that I looked forward to. But it turned out to be much easier than anticipated and we rarely have a problem that requires support from Karmasoft. When I do need support, I know that I can call or text and get results pretty quickly - even when it's user error! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about karmasoft?

This software is very easy to navigate and use daily. I mostly enjoy that Karmasoft is quick and efficient. the tech support is readily available and eager to help with all problems and I find it is unique in style from other programs I've used before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
