It provided me the flexibility to customize the format of the survey with the company logo n colours was a bonus. **What do you dislike about Interceptum?** As for Interceptum’s logic branching, it seemed very constricted. I had the idea of having the survey to be able to form answers to respondent’s answers which means that the survey would be able to provide respondent with more of an experience. **What problems is Interceptum solving and how is that benefiting you?** In general for the simple survey with simple types of questions Interceptum can be used.
