It brings everything together for creating and selling online courses and memberships in one place, without the tech headaches. It allows you to offer online courses, nutrition plans, live classes, it's perfect for those in the fitness/nutrition industry.

There's a lot of features, took me a while to understand them all, but nothing to dislike about the platform.

Gurucan solves the challenge of having to piece together multiple tools to deliver online learning and membership experiences. It gives me a simple, streamlined way to create courses, build a community, manage sales, and run marketing campaigns all within one platform.

**What do you like best about Gurucan?**

I really love the sidebar and the huge space they've given to the display of the content. It looks good and focuses on what's most important.

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

This software holds a lot of promise, but the first thing I would love to see is scripts being allowed to be implemented. I'd love to insert in my own homework form, my own audio player, my own buttons, etc. I'm afraid I'm too picky for generic buttons or players, I want my course to look as seamless and beautiful as possible. 

The upload of the images seems to be a huge oversight, it expands across the whole page no matter what size it is initially, and I had to insert the HTML code of my images instead, hosted by my own site. 

The app isn't too useful for me, it's yet another app to download and I prefer that my clients just click a url and go. 

Additionally, the way the chapters and lessons are laid out could be better, I dislike the black overlay over the cover photos that is currently the unchangeable default, my course is colourful and I'd like to represent that in the cover photos.

Get it! Quickly, it's definitely value for the amount of features they have and will have.

**What do you like best about Gurucan?**

I really like the idea of ​​having my courses on the web and in an app. I find it very useful to be able to send push notifications to my students via mobile. I also like the way I can organize content on the smartphone: videos, downloadable pdfs and text. Everything is very accessible and well organized.

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

Right now I cannot embed videos in HTML and have them played in the application, something that I hope they will solve in the short term. At the moment, I am uploading the video lessons to Gurucan's own storage system.

**What problems is Gurucan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really like the idea of ​​being in a project from the beginning, seeing it grow. In that sense, I hope that my own project will grow at the same time as Gurucan. The main benefit is having the contents, the possibility of doing webinars hosted on the same platform (I haven't tried this option yet but it sounds great), the issuance of emails for the students, and the administrative management.
And, as I said above, I love the mobile application with the chat and push notifications.

**What do you like best about Gurucan?**

The best thing about Gurucan is that it takes the technical aspect of building a program or course away and makes it easy for non-techy people (like me) to create something which helps me deliver my lessons.

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

There is only really one thing which I don't like about the platform, which I am sure will be amended soon. There is only one place to position a dialogue box for the students, which is at the bottom of each lesson. I prefer to place dialogue boxes at various positions on the lesson to get specific feedback on specific parts of my lessons.

**Recommendations to others considering Gurucan:**

As a solution for delivering content to clients, this is the best I have used so far. Don't overthink it, try it out and see for yourself why this is a fantastic fit for any coaches out there.

I have a one-stop shop for my clients and students to log into and provide them various lessons to consider in between my coaching sessions with them which is what I needed.

**What do you like best about Gurucan?**

Building the course content is easy, but in particular I like the potential it has, with the email marketing and the webinar options, which still need to be polished up at the moment, but will be great once they're done with them.

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

There are still some limitations, like limited payment options, and the UI could be better for creators and students, specifically the navigation. I've heard people have had some problems when hosting videos on Gurucan, but it works great when you use Vimeo for hosting instead.

**Recommendations to others considering Gurucan:**

Don't expect the same level of matureness as with providers like Thinkific or Teachable, but if you're willing to be patient, Gurucan is a no-brainer! Lots of potential :)

I needed a platform to host my online course, and Gurucan is meeting my needs in this regard. The pricing is fantastic, and I'm saving so much money compared to the leading online course software providers.

**What do you like best about Gurucan?**

I like the basic features. You can make payments for memberships and courses with Stripe and Paypal.

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

They have had a problem with uploading video for over a month now at this writing. I have contacted support and get the very dismissive "we're working on it" for over a month now with no workaround or alternative feature provided. There has been no urgency to get this problem fixed. Meanwhile, other features are being implemented and this core feature has been simply ignored.

I am also disappointed with the ability to have control over the look and feel of the membership area. I can live with this but I would love more flexibility in this area.

If you embed videos from services other than Wistia or Vimeo, it doesn't work on mobile. Unfortunately I can't recommend Gurucan. The features are usable right now but I question their commitment to keep a stable platform that delivers on their core features.

I am using it for the membership area for courses I have created.

Gurucan is really one of a kind! It features an intuitive UI, endless possibilities that are neatly packed into the platform. The software is easy to use, has plenty of features that you didn't know you needed till you used it, and the price is way better then competitors. It's a steal!

I don't like that it is not available in more languages.

Gurucan is the perfect platform for anyone who wants to save both money and time. When you can use just one website instead of several ones, you are saving precious minutes in your day.

I used to struggle with the use of so many tools to get one job done. But now with Gurucan, I can get everything I need on one and the same platform. From newsletters, coupons, to issuing certificates and memberships without the need to install any plugins, add-ons or whatsoever. I am so tired of struggling alone with WordPress, which has zero support. Now I am working here among a team that is motivated to make a difference in today's digital world. They have a positive outlook and will work with me on what matters. They are disrupting the market by infusing us with the best of what's yet to come on the digital horizon.

**What do you like best about Gurucan?**

Gurucan has a lot of production leady features which make it very easy to set up one's e-learning academy and running it from one place. Landing page, Course page and CMS are features I like currently. Webinars and Challenges sections are something I'd like to use in the near future. Despite having so many features, the pricing of the tool is very competitive and I specially like the ability to get a whitelabel app for an additional fee.

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

There aren't many features which I dislike but the inability to encrypt videos is one of the things which might make me switch to a competitor in future.

**Recommendations to others considering Gurucan:**

If you're on a tight budget and still want to use a full-fledged LMS, you can't go wrong with Gurucan. Off late it has slowed down the pace of improvements but overall, it is fine.

Creating my on LMS academy. Gurucan has helped me launch it very easily without having to manage backend infrastructure.
I'm mainly planning to use the landing pages and challenges feature of it once SMTP comes it.

**What do you like best about Gurucan?**

Gurucan is really versatile tool with its built-in CRM, landing page solutions, LMS solutions and as a cherry on top, the mobile APP. I've tested several different platforms over time and I find Gurucan one of the most versatile and solid tools this far. The customization abilities, branding, subdomains and custom domains give you a perfect way of separating yourself from your competition especially in more competitive areas of business. Their support team is great and whatever problems you might run into setting up your elearning system, they're there to back you up. Definitely a high praise but it's worth it.

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

With the brief use I've had time to put in, I can't really find anything major to dislike. The system seems a bit overwhelming at times because of it's vast list of abilities, but that's hardly a negative factor - more like problem of learning more. :)

**What problems is Gurucan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm offering my customers with standardized courses for adding systemic tools in building their businesses. The benefits of Gurucan are quickly realized through course creation and delivery. I've been able to automate a great chunk of my business through this platform.

**What do you like best about Gurucan?**

Very simple to use.
The developers did a great job.
If one has to manage courses or an online school it is a must have.
It has excellent support, the servers are very fast, and the app is extremely useful.
A plus of this platform is the possibility of doing webinars.
You save money for another subscription.

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

I don't like the possibility that the platform is limited.
In the sense that I would like more HTML control in what I publish or in emails.
The footer is not editable and you cannot add corporate data clearly visible in it.
This is a great imitation, I hope they solve the problem.
Payments are another problem.
They are limited to paypal OR stripe.
You can get around this by creating a page with other payment methods, but it can't be linked.

Update:
A client of mine has problems viewing videos both in the app and in the web version.
I think it's a problem with videos that are too long and heavy and the server can't handle them.
Also, sometimes the site stays down for a few hours.
Finally: over time they have not made any improvements.
My judgment is therefore neutral.

**What do you like best about Gurucan?**

This platform is stable, intuitive, and integrates into my existing architecture. I was so amazing when my entire Kajabi course library was so easy to import. From there, it was just a few tweaks with the block editor and I was ready to go. In under an hour! That's amazing. The ability to be in my audience's hand with push notifications and exclusive content tiers that keep them engaged is a powerful tool for my business.

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

A group feature would be a nice addition to the chats for engagement. Chats can sometimes feel like a wall of text and connections can get lost. Other than that though, I really don't have any issues, concerns, or complaints.

**What problems is Gurucan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My audience is too busy to be in their inbox all the time or weeding through Facebook groups trying to find the solution to their problem.  Nurture has been a challenge. Gurucan gives me a space where I can have no algorithms, own the content, and connect with my high-touch clients in a way no one else in my industry does right now. It's a game changer for my business.

- The email automations interface could be better, but I don't expect it to be a the level of email marketing service providers.
- It doesn't have the option to offer payment installments to clients, but I hope that will be an option in the future.
- It isn't synchronized with Stripe well enough and you have to cancel payments manually.
- I'd like to have a demo site to see how it all works so it's easier to figure out what does what, and the differences between some of the elements, like offers and landing pages.

I needed a platform to run my upcoming online course from, and this looks like the perfect solution, since I will be doing webinars as well.
The price is simply amazing and it means a lot for a one-woman business like mine.

I love the way they guide you through set up. And there is so many features which is great including the mobile app. You can upload and host a whole lot of different types of content from images to articles and videos, pdfs even meal plans. You can create tests. There's so much you can do. I'm so excited to be on board and create my first course which will be free. You can use it for free and paid courses which is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

A few issues. One is the question of security with some types of content.  They really need to get on fixing that. Also my domain name is my username which I didn't know was going to be the case or I would have chosen a different name. Lastly if you want to translate your content you need a certified translator. Which doesn't affect me but people should know this.

**Recommendations to others considering Gurucan:**

Take into account the roadmap as they will be bringing out new features.

There are problems with any new software I hope to see them deal with it. It's given me a massive opportunity to create income streams through educational content and I'm excited to get into it.

It's not just any learning management system but a full suite of tools like a mobile app for learning things on the go, a built in CRM, Products Management for your courses, webinars, articles, and challenges, Offers or upsells management, marketing automations, and so much more being built inside the platform!

You can quickly create courses in a convenient way. And the control you have over building/ laying out your content is mind blowing!!! No code needed

- User friendly
- Own terms & conditions and privacy can be included
-The speed they managed to fix the bugs
- User interface on the app is sleek.
- Very easy to set-up the school.
- Helpful and friendly client service.
- It works well. A few bugs here and there but generally, it works well.

Not to mention Email Automation, Landing Pages, Integration, Chats, Homework, Quizzes, Coupons, eMail Templates, Stripe and Paypal integration, and more.

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

The quiz section has a 200 character limit which is too low for.

Another thing that was nearly a deal-breaker, is ...
"If your customer cancels their subscription and you use stripe..... you need to log into Stripe and manually cancel it, or else they will continue to be charged" but still lose access. That's the worst.

* No lesson/course import - only copy & paste. The text doesn't format when pasted. You just get one long paragraph.

*I use my own landing page but I would like to be able to customize the signup and login pages and direct my learners straight to these pages (from my landing page).

*There are still some small slowness here and there and the page loading speed is not as fast as I would like. Also, some functions are missing to replace a funnel

Get it now before the price goes up

**What do you like best about Gurucan?**

I have created membership sites in many different platforms and I can say unequivocally that GuruCan is the most impressive, easy to set up platform that I've ever used.
I already have content created, and so I was able to get a membership site up and running in under an hour.
This platform is going to be a valuable addition to my business, the mobile App is very easy to use and will increase my ability to get contents in front of my clients.

So far, customer support has been very responsive and helpful. I have not experienced the slow load times that others have mentioned

There is someCyrillic text in the App description which they will change soon.

I wanted to deliver content to students via Apps and after much searching and trial and error, I found GuruCan.
It's a simple solution that allows me to deliver content both on a pc and in an App which is very convenient for me as the platform developer and for my students as users

**What do you like best about Gurucan?**

The UI is very attractive with colour customization options along with a dark mode option.
You can set up a sales page for your product very easily.
They have a mobile app for both android and ios users which helps with making the courses more accessible.
You can add a subscription plan, set a duration for course access.
They have marketing automation that can send push notifications to students.
I like that you can create custom chats and even make the chat a paid feature to keep it exclusive for VIP customers.
I do not need to have separate software for marketing mails, can send a tailored email broadcast from Gurucan itself.

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

Currently, you cannot provide both paypal and stripe payment options to the customer, it only allows to use one payment option at a time.
Cannot add a payment plan option to my products.
The video embed only works for the web app as of now.
In March 2021 they had a lot on their roadmap such as improvement in integrations (such as with sendfox for mailing) and UI (such as the ability to view the bandwidth consumption ) but they have been very slow on delivering and many features are still awaited.

Selling, hosting and delivering my courses to students along with tailored marketing mails.

**What do you like best about Gurucan?**

The functionality is there. It is really already a full offering and I look forward to the new UI UX as they grow. The service is affordable and they seem to be very friendly they people who own and run the company. Not only that, they listen to the userbase and they understand what tools we need to help us with getting the message out. I have high confidence in their expertise and leadership.

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

Not really a dislike but i am excited for a refresh of the UI UX. Other than that I am excited to see where they go in the coming days and months and years!

Getting articles and videos and other educational materials to those who are looking for the information that can save them from otherwise not having the info. Critical need to know lessons for survival in this world.

Finally a LMS platform with a white label app option! Seriously, this is what I've been looking for and Gurucan does this and more.

Overall- this is a great LMS software and I can't wait to roll out my entire school on it once I upload it from my former LM system.

Cons:
- I'm still learning how to work the landing pages. Not super intuitive to me, but I think I need to play with the platform a bit more. Not a deal-breaker, but could be more straightforward. 
-Stripe membership cancellation (needs to be done manually). This is a huge pain for me. Looking to connect Paypal instead.

White Label Option for APP! HUGE deal for me! I've been looking to create an app, however, it didn't make sense to invest a bunch of money into the creation of one. Now,  I can have an app with the LMS tied to it!

**What do you like best about Gurucan?**

I like and use the product.  I like that the product has all the bells and whistles with very little tech knowledge required.  Also from start to course created is extremely fast - which is what we all want right....not to spend all day in the tech.  Branding and whitelabeling is great (on the web only).  THis is a clean tool and looks awesome.  UX does not look like you tried to go to a cheap alternative to teachable or some of the other more known competitors in the space.

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

I do not like that you cannot fully whitelabel this product.  Very good job giving us control in the front end, but to what point if you are not going to give us a whitelabeled mobile experience to offer our customers.  That kind of defeats the purpose of whitelabeling in the first place, so hopefully the creators will have two options 1.) new ways of having web app become an app that offers are using - yes not in app store but customers can make it into a icon on their mobile devices, 2.) then you could potentially offer app at cost.

I am using Gurucan for an online academy.  It has been a dreams of mine for years but technical obstacles and time that it would have taken to setup was a deterrent, although now Gurucan is one of several awesome products in the market that offer this ability and looks extremely professional.

I love the CRM area, the chat is perfect to have the community in one place without using phone apps. The homework platform it is great to review my clients progress.
I love the integration capabilities.
I really like the option to have articles or a blog in the same platform, I like to offer additional materials that can be read by hungry students.
The marketing advantages are great, I think this platform is designed to sell my curses, not only to host them. The marketing automatization and the coupons options are amazing.

I am a little confused about how to handle the different products they present. The help center is useful, but I would like to see more training videos about how to use the platform. It is a training platform, use it to train your clients.
I am not able to use HTML on the phone app, it does not make sense to allow using HTLM on the web interface, but not at the phone interface. This is a big problem for me, I am not able to insert the training videos from my hosting, I am forced to use Vimeo or Wistia.

**Recommendations to others considering Gurucan:**

They are many great LMS plataforms, not all of them will work for your needs, this one cover many of my needs, but not all of them. Sadly you need to try and error with a couple of plataforms before you find the one. I will use this one, but I also will continue my search.

**What do you like best about Gurucan?**

The UI is very straight forward and setting up courses/classes is very intuitive. Managing chats with students and homework is also very easy to track and stay on top of. Adding new courses is easy and sales go directly to your Stripe or PayPal so you're not waiting on payment like you do with other platforms.

Gurucan also provides Integrations such as Zapier, Kajabi and ClickFunnels which can help you do more. I mean, Zapier integration alone opens up 1000s of possibilities and additional integrations which is a very nice feature.

The ability to get a custom app for iOS and Android where it's your name, your brand that is searched for and downloaded is also a HUGE benefit. You aren't telling your users to go to some other company site and find you, they're coming straight to you and seeing your name and image right in their phone.

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

The landing page builder and email builder could be better. It's easy to use but since I'm used to creating pages in WordPress and ClickFunnels, while doing emails in MailChimp or GetResponse, I do miss having a more robust UI for making those things. 

I do wish I had more design options as well, like being able to create a full template that would be perfectly on brand and having control over content placement, fonts, etc...

**Recommendations to others considering Gurucan:**

If you're looking for a platform that is straight-forward when it comes to managing your online courses and student communication, then this is definitely a platform to look into. Even if you don't care about the custom mobile app, the ease of use here can save you time and is worth at least a consideration.

**What problems is Gurucan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was running e-courses through ClickFunnels primarily and even some through WordPress plugins. No matter what, the mobile experience just wasn't up to par and the analytics showed most of our students were using mobile devices so this was a huge problem. Having the ability to have a true mobile experience for the students just makes all the difference and yeah, the recognition of our own name and brand in their phones are a bonus, but even if we weren't looking to go with the fully branded route, they can still access your courses through the Gurucan branded app.

The responsiveness of the customer service is impressive! They are very attentive and the application is improving day by day! I highly recommend it :)
I love the ability to customize the platform with our colors and to insert our logo. There are many possibilities that I haven't explored yet, but all the ones I've used work very well! You can create bundled offers, sales pages, marketing emails, chats according to the training, etc... It's well thought out and functional, bravo :)

The translation into French is still a bit shaky, but I think it will improve quickly. I would love to be able to push the customization of the application a bit further and be able to change the layout of the videos (in a side menu, like Podia for example)

I would love to see more design and editing options to build and design your content and landing pages as you wish. Also missing some small, user friendly details like open your downloads in a new tab. But they really listen to users needs and are still improving and expanding features.

Great benefit Gurucan also supports paying with iDeal, indispensable in the Netherlands. All other LMS systems you have to build a whole webshop with other platforms like Mollie and Woocommerce (which is more complex and slows your website down).

My favourite feature is the mobile app, which means the trainings and challenges I take my clients through are easy to consume on the go. The features I use already are: courses, challenges, articles and chat, and I am still to look into implementing offers and other features that I did not immediately required.

There is nothing that I would say I dislike at all... The only feature I wish they offered was private messages on a chat so I can offer one on one support discretely. But there may be a workaround I am not sure about yet.

Gurucan helps you to start selling your courses without complicating your life. The platform is easy and ready for you to upload the course, set up the payment, price, etc.

Previously I used WordPress with the sensei plugin to have a course platform, but it requires constant maintenance of updates, backups, etc, which in the end you spend time and headaches to have an updated platform. With GuruCan this disappears.

Though I have come across a few online LMS, Gurucan is the first platform that addresses Mobile access applications that can be designed by the course creator. Usually getting an app requires a developer to design and set up. But, with Gurucan, the creator can decide what kind of app they want and how they want to design it. All technical and backend management is done by gurucan, meaning less headache to the course creator.

One of the major problems faced when it comes to LMS is pricing. A lot of businesses take the monthly subscription plan when it comes to LMS platforms. There are a few things I really like about Gurucan.

Firstly, the ability to house and sell all my courses and teaching resources (challenges, memberships, etc.), as well as host webinars "under one roof". 

Then, there's the smartphone app...how cool is it to offer access to a course through an actual smartphone app, that's automatically created for me but that I can still customize?

Speaking of smartphones, I'm a big fan of the push-notifications Gurucan lets me send to students or customers of a specific product. Now, I can rest assure that every message or announcement I share is going to be seen!

Plus, Gurucan even lets me create automations that are triggered once certain parameters are met.

So, for me, Gurucan is an excellent tool because of its versatility – I can sell courses, challenges and memberships, host webinars, set up automations, create landing page, give access to students through the Gurucan iOS or Android app, and interact with them through email, native chat and push-notifications.

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

The are two things I'm not a big fan of, and that I hope will be addressed soon – though neither is a deal-breaker.

The first one is the limitations of the course and landing page builder, which lacks certain elements, such as columns, for instance.

The second point has to do with the Gurucan "framework" when creating a course. Basically, when creating a course, you might want/need to create accompanying elements such as an offer, an email, a chat and a landing page. It would be great if, once I create a course, everything else was created automatically, even if on a basic level.

**What problems is Gurucan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Gurucan, I'm now able to sell all of my courses and training resources – and interact with students who have purchased access – all from one place. 

This is huge because it means less time spent jumping from platform to platform...and it always mean less money spent on the various subscriptions that I was paying for each tool.

Although this software for about a year, they have developed a versatile software for producing e-learning content, marketing it for potential customers, communicating with and among their subscribers. They even have functioning mobile apps avaiIable, and possibility to white label. Pricing policy is very competitive, if you are not into publishing with white label app. Embedding video from various sources worked well, even from Alugha.com

Nothing so far. Whenever I have found something to criticize and contacted support, they have either fixed within 24 hrs or responded to my issue or responded and suggested adding the issue on their roadmap.

I've been teaching business topics for 30 years prior to being in business myself. I've used online course platforms for past 20 years (installed and mastered 3 platforms for my employers), and produced my line of courses, until now being a retired and self-employed producer.
The company is not only offering a versatile functional learning management platform that works on mobile web and even mobile apps, but also marketing automation with emails, possibility to live webinars, etc.  The company relatively new on the market but the staff are experienced software 
Even if the Gurucan marketing, automation or live webinars would not work to replace your current solid solutions, with current Gurucan price point in mind, I am recommending to take this for a test.

Gif-images were not possible to add as cover photo or into the course content.  Fixed in a few hours.
Embedding a collaboard.app live project, that's really challenging, maybe not possible. Anyway, they are working on it.

Where to start with this review. I've been waiting for a platform exactly like Gurucan for ages. I already have a few LMS platforms such as FreshLMS, Classtra and more. While they are solid, they are single purpose. With Gurucan you have Courses! Webinars!  Blogs!  & Quizzes! a White Label !!! possibility. It's a 7-in-1 All you can eat buffet of learning technologies.

Other users have mentioned the platform speed issues and some mislabeling issues. but I expect that is something that will improve based on all the feedback already provided. The Gurucan team has been highly responsive with the community feedback.

There are still some improvements to be made to the page builder. That said, I expect this will greatly improve as they mature as a product.

Over 200 vote on the road map suggested removing it, and finally, it will be removed after 3 weeks! on Feb 25 

2- The app has access to a lot of private information that is not necessary for the app functions for example (Mic, Camera, precise location, contact list, phone status, modify system settings) way more than similar apps like Udemy requires. the support team said they will simplify it in the next week but it's still there.

3- It allows you to offer only one payment method PayPal or stripe, what if some of my clients have Paypal others have stipe!

4- The landing page and the course is very slow (8/100) on google speed test! (simple page with few pic and one video) https://nimb.ws/Cd3maT
the support team also mentioned in the Q&A that they will work on the speed and using CDN.

5- there are small glitches here and there as the company is new, for example, I want to have some parts of the course available for free so people can have a look before they buy. that's not available yet. not easy to add testimonials and manage it, you can't customize the check out like what you do with Teachable and other softwares.


I'm still trying with the product and I will update my review as I see things changing.

The main important thing for us is how fast is the product development. 3 weeks to just remove the footer is very disappointing and too slow in my opinion. There are over 20 highly important requests on the road map if each one took you 3 weeks or more we need to wait some years before we can fully use the product

I hope my feedback is helpful and im looking forward to them implementing the new changes so I can switch to using GuruCan

I have been looking for a course creator /digital products/community platform and tried Kajabi, Teachable, Groove apps and finally  Gurucan that have it all! I have three projects and all of them will be having one Gurucan account. They also listen to the suggestion of the customer and have a fast approach to answer any question! I didn't like that as a student point of view can not access to different courses from different creator as Kajabi does from the mobile app, instead to change user and password is the have more than one course from different course creator. I sent an email and very fast the answer to me saying they will add it the roadmap to add one account for the student so they can access to different courses they bought from different creators! I love the fast answer I received and that they really take the customer suggestion seriously!

**What do you like best about Gurucan?**

I just love the simplicity of everything both in the backend but also on the front end for the users. Pretty much anyone without any prior knowledge could go and set up a "school".

Plus they have a great amount of articles for setting up the platform or FAQ

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

The phone app is not the best but as I understood that's a work in progress. There in-house video stream can't handle as of now big files so well. But given the fact that we migrated from Vimeo this is not a big issue since they have a pretty good way to embed almost any video streaming site

We can finally get rid of Vimeos VOD platform which is very limited at its best and very dumb down so to say

Its many powerful functions: Web-based, offers an app, unlimited video hosting, unlimited courses and students and webinars.

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

Not many options for the graphic design in the courses and it has limited text formatting in lessons.

**Recommendations to others considering Gurucan:**

Have been using 3 different Wordpress LMS plugins/systems for years now and although they have many (and I mean many) functions they tend to be super complicated to use. GuruCan has exactly what I need to be up and running my school in no time. If you are in the education area and you need a LMS system, look no more. This is what you are looking for.

**What problems is Gurucan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am leaving both Wordpress and Invanto as LMS. The first because of the ongoing complex tasks of maintenance and plugin updates and the second because of the development abandonment.

I love the ease of use and that the platform is very intuitive, and anyone with previous knowledge could create a school and courses in a matter of 10 minutes. I also love the great support behind Gurucan.

There is nothing that I dislike about Gurucan.

You don't have to know how to code or ever use any other LMS platform in order to launch a landing page to sell your courses. Is the easiest LMS I had ever used. And I love every minute of it.

With Gurucan I'm getting a website to sell my courses. And on top of that, the great app allows me to share the lessons on any cell phone.

**What do you like best about Gurucan?**

We've always offered live training as additional support for our online course. With our current software, we publish our live training schedule separately and manage all the links outside our course software. Oh, what a headache. With Gurucan, we can publish, host and automate webinars, so all their training is in one place. Now, we can publish the webinar training schedule in advance.

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

The native webinar feature is excellent for getting started; however, I'm looking forward to Gurucan incorporating zoom in the future. It is currently on the roadmap.

**What problems is Gurucan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been looking to offer our students more than the course content. Our focus has been on getting more students to finish our courses. With integrated features like webinars, chats, and articles, we can provide more interactive services to keep our students engaged longer.

**What do you like best about Gurucan?**

I'm a piano teacher. During COVID lockdown we were all forced to move to teaching online.
Whilst COVID has been a disaster for so many, it has shown us the potential for teaching online.

I had already invested in another online teaching solution, but it has proven too expensive for me, too hard to setup and modify, and with a raft of limits and conditions. It also requires that I do email and billing integration on other platforms, which is unsatisfactory.

Gurucan is a blessing here.

On the education front, they have: challenges; pre-designed content templates; courses; on-demand content; webinars and so much more.

On the management side, it's really a fully equipped teaching admin toolbox, with: email broadcasting; built-in CRM; upsell management; martketing; payments; push notifications; articles - all built-in to the system.

I also like the CNAME allows my own URL branding.

But none of this is useful if it takes too long to setup, or it's difficult for students.

Gurucan is the easiest of the platforms that I've used, and the ability to use a mobile app is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

There are still some bugs, and some of the icons etc are dated (some are just ugly) so I hope the UI gets an update soon.
Also, it's a bit slow, but education sites don't really need to be that speedy.

Gurucan is the easiest of the platforms that I've used, and the ability to use a mobile app is excellent.

**What do you like best about Gurucan?**

I just started using Gurucan. I'm amazed with how much you can do with it. I used another LMS before but not so friendly to use and very expensive to access all features. Gurucan has more flexibility, it's easier to use and with all the feature it has you can even build the entire sales funnel for your courses with it. Love it!

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

You have to pay for whitelabel app but it's not a major issue. I love it!

It's a no-brainer!

I'm starting in the e-learning industry and to be able to have a very friendly and robust all-in-one solution LMS without the need to pay tons of money for extra apps is a life saver!

The interface is pretty good and easy to understand, especially for beginners. It also has a lot of advanced marketing features you might not get with another platform unless you pay a lot more. Excited to see where they take it!

I think the adding content interface could use a little work. I'm not sure how you can customize it and it's not a visually focused builder you just add things on, which is fine it works but the design could be a bit better.

As an entrepreneur it's an easy way to get your content out there and I think it competes with the other LMS programs pretty well having tried them.

That you can have your own APP! This is an amazing feature. On top of that is the automation emails, this is going to be a huge asset for me in setting up my funnel. I have only just scraped the service but loving so much right now of what the platform can offer.

Maybe the landing page needs to be a bit more intuitive and some more customisations but that's just me as a design freak ;)

I am using it for setting up micro courses as part of my funnel. It is on par with other big name LMS service providers but in a nutshell it just feels a lot simpler.

**What do you like best about Gurucan?**

- Customer support is very responsive.
- Can easily be integrated with other platforms using Webhooks and API's. For example you can create a custom landingpage in Wordpress and after payment add the user to the course in Gurucan.
- Many other functionalities besides e-courses, like webinar and chat (haven't tested those yet)

**What do you dislike about Gurucan?**

- UI on mobile view is confusing. Courses are not visible, you need to scroll to the right to see them. The good news is that customer support confirmed that UI changes are planned, so I'm confident this will be fixed.
- Payment options are limited to Stripe creditcard and PayPal. It would be nice if the other payment options of Stripe were available, for example iDEAL. This is the most common payment method in The Netherlands. I solved this by creating a custom landingpage in Wordpress.

**What problems is Gurucan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since I am starting with creating courses I was searching for a LMS which is not too complicated and not too expensive.
