I wouldn't recommend it to anyone at all and consider it a scam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They're dishonest and don't deliver. We bought the lifetime plan in 2020 for the sole purpose of using the "live webinars" function. GrooveFunnels promised this feature would be available by the *end of 2020*. After waiting three years (until August 2023), I asked for a refund because they STILL didn't have the live webinar feature. I have never used the software at all, because I'm not interested in the other features (and when I checked them out more than once, I wasn't impressed by their quality). They said no to the refund, because I didn't ask within 30 days of buying. But they had promised to release the live webinar function only 5 months after I bought. So, I bought on faith and obviously didn't ask a refund after 30 days. When by the end of 2020 the live webinar function still wasn't released, I (graciously) gave them more time because I thought they would deliver if I gave them time.

When I contacted them (in Aug 2023), their response was, "We understand your desire for access to the Live webinars. However, as mentioned in the first development updates video with Mike Filsaime and David Lemon, the development of other apps is set to begin next year. In this video they promise Live webinars will start development in 2024. They announce it as if they had never promised it would be released earlier. They promised the release of Live Webinars by Dec 2020, and I said that in my first email to them. So a video from 2 years later saying they'll start working on it in 2024 is not a valid answer whatsoever. I responded that they had promised 2020 (including a screenshot of their promise). I never heard from them again.

I can't respect a company that doesn't honour their promises, and then acts as if they never made such a promise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I joined Groove when it first started, I found Mike Fillman to be a fraud. The software has so many bugs all the time. If you know how to program it might help, but that is not how it was sold to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've got the lifetime plan of groove. It is cheaper as compared to its competitors.

I can create different types of the funnel in a single place like a webpage, e-commerce, webinar, video, or blog funnel.

Lead setup and automation are easy.

Before going live from my domain I can use grooves' subdomains to show the final design to my manager.

Occasional bugs, but they resolve them quickly.

How one "Groove" product works with another is extremely confusing - even on the "free" level. If you have a lot of time to devote to figuring out how the "Groove" suite of products works together (if they do), then you're probably in good shape. The best thing about Groove.cm is that it is one stop shop for all the marketing tools. it has 16 apps in one software which we can use in marketing products and services. all the training is provided by the company itself. They are the best available solution in the market today. This is a more recent system that seeks to handle nearly all aspects of marketing automation, sales funnels, and customer management. To reach your objectives, you'll make extensive use of integrated first-party programs.it is more user-friendly than any other software It has unique pricing as one can start for free without credit card requirements. There is nothing to dislike about I found this is perfect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- The best thing about groove is that it has all tools in one place that any business owner can use and that way he/she didn't go here and there use different tools in different tabs.

- I am a funnel builder so mostly i use page builder ..so let me tell you these in the page builder there is lot of different elements you can use to stand out your landing page or sales page and improve designs at its best.

- Small businesses can try groove for growing there business online with free account and after that when they get more leads and sales they can upgrade is the best point of groove. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- When i was building funnels in groove there is some hanging in the page builder, after 2 days also the same problem ..don't know its happening to me or any other users are also finding this problem

- I think groove should promote one of there platform more rather than all other platforms like mail,proof,webinar etc.. stick to one then everything falls into place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked the price they offered for joining Groove.cm for life. But it was a mistake on my part because their apps are frustrating to use.

It is supposed to be an alternative to Kartra, but I don't see how they will reach that level due to the fact that their design is quite poor, and the functionality of the apps lacks a lot of basic common-sense features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their lack of attention to details.

They also offer a 100GB video storage but their video apps need a lot of improvement; besides the videos play at a lower resolution that they are uploaded to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having all the tools in one place at a great price. Being able to integrate the functions of sites, ecommerce and blogs makes it a one stop shop that eliminates the need for multiple costly tools that all have a different interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
