  ### 2. Seamless VPN Solution with Top-Tier Performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Satya Prateek B. | Director of Data Science, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

I love how easy it is to set up GoodAccess, and the fact that it works smoothly on both Windows and Mac is a big plus. They provide simple tools to prioritize the network through the VPN, and impressively, it doesn't impact speed—I haven't noticed any performance degradation using the VPN daily. It's also cost-effective for startups, which is fantastic for us. We switched from Perimeter81 to GoodAccess because of better performance, better price points, and the ease of setting up enterprise SSO.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

It occasionally does have some software issues on Windows - where the only solution is we need to kill the app and restart.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GoodAccess for HIPAA compliant VPN and static IP access control, critical for compliance. It's easy to set up, works on Windows and Mac, has network prioritization tools, and doesn't affect speed. Great for startups with small IT teams.

  ### 3. Reliable App with Clear, Proactive Maintenance Updates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Алексей . | purchasing manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

I've been using this app for about six months. It works very reliably. I was informed in advance of the exact date and time for the maintenance.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

At the moment I don't see anything that can be improved or fixed.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The app helps me use other apps at work. My company operates in several countries simultaneously. Unfortunately, one of them has serious restrictions, so a VPN service is essential for me.

  ### 4. GoodAccess: Simple, Secure, and Reliable Remote Access for Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sourish M. | developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

GoodAccess's simplicity of use and emphasis on secure remote access are what I appreciate most about it. The platform offers a dependable method of network security for businesses without requiring intricate VPN configurations. I truly value how easy it is to monitor traffic, manage access controls, and onboard users all from a single dashboard. The zero-trust security model guarantees data safety while preserving productivity, and the connection speed is steady. Teams that operate remotely or from several locations will find it especially helpful.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

What I don't like about GoodAccess is that new users may find the initial setup and configuration to be a little complicated. Although the interface is generally easy to use, there is room for improvement in the documentation of some advanced settings, such as network segmentation or custom access policies

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of offering dependable and safe remote access to corporate resources without the use of conventional, hardware-based VPNs is being addressed by GoodAccess. It guarantees that workers from various locations can access internal systems and apps in a secure manner. Unauthorized access and data breaches can be avoided with the help of the zero-trust network access model.

  ### 5. Easy to Use, Feature-Rich, and Priced Just Right

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy S. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

Easy to use, yet still feature-rich, and offered at a price point that feels right.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

I don’t really have any specific points to dislike. If anything, it may not be quite as feature-rich as some enterprise-sector solutions.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, the VPN gateway meets our clients’ need for fixed global IP gateway for distributed teams, while also providing essential device posture checks to help keep everything secure and compliant.

  ### 6. Made outbound SMTP possible with a clean static IP and simple setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

We needed a reliable static egress IP to send email from a Windows SMTP relay because our VPS blocks port 25. GoodAccess solved that in minutes: create a gateway, assign the static IP, connect the server, and we were able to deliver mail directly to external MXs. IP-whitelisting was straightforward, latency is stable, and the clients (Windows/macOS) are lightweight. The admin UI makes it easy to see who’s connected, enforce MFA, and segment traffic. Support docs are clear, and when I had questions the responses were fast and practical.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

I’d love to see three improvements:
(1) True policy-based routing (by app/port) so I can route only specific traffic without OS tweaks.
(2) Easier rDNS/PTR setup and deliverability guidance for static-IP email use.
(3) A manual connection mode because the client sometimes disconnects and then you need to re-auth.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a stable static egress IP to restore outbound SMTP (our VPS blocks port 25) and to IP-whitelist services without exposing servers directly to the internet. GoodAccess gave us a quick gateway with MFA and user management, so our Windows SMTP relay and admin access both run through the same secure tunnel. Setup took minutes, latency has been consistent, and we avoided buying/maintaining our own VPN hardware. Overall it reduced firewall exceptions, centralized access, and got email delivery working again with a clean, controllable IP.

  ### 7. Easy Secure Access, Reliable Performance with Minor Dashboard Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahsan Y. | Customer Account Manager, Legal Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

I appreciate how GoodAccess simplifies secure remote access. It's dependable, straightforward to configure, and allows our team to maintain private connections without the hassle of complicated VPN hardware.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

At times, the connection speed varies, and I find the admin dashboard could be more user-friendly. There are occasional moments when I need to reconnect, but despite these issues, the service remains generally reliable.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoodAccess solves the challenge of securing remote connections for distributed teams. It provides safe, encrypted access to company resources from anywhere, improving data security, compliance, and employee productivity without the need for complex infrastructure.

  ### 8. One of the Best VPN I have used

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hemasundar Reddy D. | Cloud DevOps Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2025

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

Setting up is simple and easy to access the VMs with shortcuts. Adding the IPs of the VMs is all it takes to register the instances.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

Me and my clients faced difficulty connecting to GoodAcess when we did not install the latest version of the GoodAccess.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We provide Cloud services to our clients and we suggest using VPN for a more secure environment. We faced issues when using the inhouse AWS VPN service since there will be lapse in the VPN services from time to time. We never faced such issues with GoodAccess and the setup is much simpler.

  ### 9. Awesome VPN that is Easy to Set Up and Manage

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan M. | Lead Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

Very easy to implement and rollout to our teams. Also, very easy to manage devices, users and extra features. We take advantage of the split tunneling so our overseas employees continue to have good connection. There is also an API that integrates well with out internal data dashboards.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

My one complaint is that it would be nice to be able to bulk upload users to invite.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoodAccess has allowed us to remove our large firewall whitelist and instead tunnel everyone that accesses our application on an admin basis through the VPN. So that our whitelist is much smaller and easier to manage.

  ### 10. Effortless and Secure Remote Access Made Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajesh M. | Affiliate Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

GoodAccess is a simple and reliable to use.Setup is very simple. it makes secure remote access easy without a lot of configuration.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

GoodAccess is advanced features can feel limited compared to larger enterprise VPN solutions.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before GoodAccess using it, managing access for remote team members was risky, especially when people were working from different locations and devices. GoodAccess makes it easy to control who can access what, using a zero-trust approach, static IPs, and simple user management.

  ### 11. Great partner on-boarding and clear uncomplicated service for fixed IP identification.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew S. | IT Consultant / Service provider, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

Great on-boarding service for partners.
Easy for business to roll-out client to users.
Clear uncomplicated service.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

Nothing important. Maybe the imagery on the client when not connected is a bit over the top.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A great solution for remote workers needing IP identification (SaaS whitelisting etc).

  ### 12. Reliable VPN with smooth SCIM integration and minimal admin overhead

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2025

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

GoodAccess has been easy to deploy and manage. We rolled it out to around 100 users, and the SCIM integration with Microsoft Entra was seamless thanks to clear documentation. From a user perspective, it’s simple and reliable — no major complaints around speed or connectivity. As an admin, I appreciate how logically the platform is laid out, and the minimal need for ongoing maintenance. Support has also been responsive on the few occasions we needed it.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

The main limitation for us is the lack of an exclusion routing feature. Some websites, like Reddit, are blocked while connected to the VPN. It would be useful to have the option to route non-sensitive traffic outside the VPN tunnel. We've shared this with GoodAccess, and they indicated it’s planned for a future release.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoodAccess provides secure, centralised access to internal resources for our distributed workforce. By integrating with Microsoft SCIM, we can manage user provisioning automatically and ensure access control is aligned with our identity provider. This improves both security and operational efficiency. The VPN allows our team to work remotely without compromising access policies or needing complex infrastructure. It also supports our broader compliance efforts by enforcing secure, authenticated connections to sensitive systems.

  ### 13. Excellent Service - Great Line Speed and Stability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2025

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

Really like the GoodAccess VPN, it gives me a static IP that I need for a number of endpoints I rely on that have IP whitelisting. Genuinely cannot tell the difference between being connected to my GB home WiFi & when I'm connected to the GoodAccess VPN. I'm sure there is some drop but it's not at all noticeable. I use the VPN every day & it was easy to get up and running. I've not really needed to use their customer support at all which shows how simple it was to integrate.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

One version of the MacOS application removed the biometric authentication without warning. It was put back in the next version but there is a slight concern it would be removed again without warning.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily accessing IP whitelisted endpoints

  ### 14. Good accesses integrated seamlessly into our workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** avillamil@scripta.com.co V. | Infrastructure Leader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2025

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

Good Access has a clear interface and simple handling. The instructions and implementation are very easy. People who have had to adopt the system have had no problems, and adoption was achieved within a week.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

Sometimes support is not as active but the documentation is sufficient to be able to self-manage incidents.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security and access control, as well as additional control of developers' machines where the status of components such as antivirus and updates help us maintain a secure network.

  ### 17. Reliable VPN for Distributed Learning with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JieFu Z. | 研究助理, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2024

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

What I like most about GoodAccess is how stable and reliable it is for our work. We're using it in a consortium project that involves sensitive radiology data, and it's been great for ensuring smooth distributed learning. Plus, their customer support is fantastic—whenever we’ve had questions, they’ve been super quick and helpful in resolving them!

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

GoodAccess works well most of the time, but there are occasional connectivity hiccups that can interrupt workflows. It's not a dealbreaker, and the team is actively addressing these issues, but having more seamless connectivity would definitely make the experience even better.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoodAccess is solving the challenge of securely accessing sensitive radiology data for a large consortium project I’m part of. It helps us maintain data privacy and comply with healthcare regulations while enabling smooth collaboration between team members in different locations. With its stable and secure connectivity, we can focus on distributed learning and research without worrying about data integrity or security risks—it’s been a huge benefit for our workflow.

  ### 18. Good Access VPN - Simplicity and Power in One Package

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2025

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

Previously we worked with VPNs where creating users was annoying, the interface we used required a lot of clicks and the presentation on the web was quite disastrous. Also, when you wanted to acquire licenses, you had to send an email.

The management of devices was the same, each device was not clearly differentiated in the interface.

When we acquired GoodAccess, that was one of the things that changed most drastically, the interface and user experience is pleasant, easy and intuitive.

Apart from that, Good Access provides basic information about the security of the connected devices, allowing us to find a solution when we see that some device is neglecting that aspect.

Another advantage is that it shows us connection statistics, allowing us to monitor whether or not the remote workstations are connected at their hours.

Good Access VPN exceeded our expectations and opened up a range of possibilities for us as it has many configurations that can be adopted.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

As I said, user management is easy, it doesn't cost anything to register new users or delete them. However, to do so you must have licenses.
This section is a bit more annoying. If you want to buy licenses it's very easy, you select the quantity and buy online. In 1 minute, you have your new licenses.
Now, if for example, you close a computer and want to cancel 10 licenses, you must write an email to request it.
It's not a problem, because in a matter of 24 hours, they have answered you and done the paperwork, but honestly, I think it would be much better if there was an automatic process, like for registering licenses.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We rely on Good Access for managing equipment across different global locations. Certain devices require specific access controls and dedicated IP addresses

  ### 19. Using GoodAccess consistently ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for me.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erik v. | web developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

What I appreciate most about GoodAccess is its user-friendly interface and seamless integration into our workflow. The platform offers a straightforward setup process, allowing our team to establish secure connections swiftly. Its reliability ensures consistent performance, which is crucial for our daily operations. Overall, GoodAccess enhances our productivity by providing a secure and efficient VPN solution tailored to our business needs.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

I honestly have no dislikes about GoodAccess. Everything works seamlessly for me, and I truly appreciate the reliability and user-friendly experience it provides.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoodAccess addresses two key challenges for us: the need for a fixed IP address and a reliable business VPN solution. By providing a secure and consistent connection, it allows us to streamline remote access for our team while maintaining strict control over network security. The fixed IP ensures stability and compatibility with our systems, while the VPN enhances data protection and facilitates seamless collaboration across our distributed workforce. This combination significantly boosts productivity and peace of mind.

  ### 20. GoodAccess VPN Review: A Seamless Solution for Business Connectivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harsh S. | Senior Platform Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2024

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

The standout feature of GoodAccess is its user-friendly interface. Unlike some competitors that require complex configurations, GoodAccess offers a straightforward setup process that doesn't compromise on security. Whether you're a tech professional or a regular user, the learning curve is minimal. After spending four months with GoodAccess and having extensive experience with other VPN solutions like Twingate and OpenVPN, I can confidently say that GoodAccess has become my go-to choice for secure remote access.
Throughout my four-month usage period, I've experienced consistent performance without the frequent disconnections or speed issues that often plague other VPN solutions. The connection remains stable even during extended work sessions.

Security Features
While maintaining simplicity, GoodAccess doesn't cut corners on security. The platform offers robust encryption and security protocols that meet industry standards, providing peace of mind for business users. GoodAccess is also SOC2 Type 2 compliant which was a basic must-need for my company.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

Documentation could be more detailed
Limited advanced customization options

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My core problems solved by GoodAccess are:
1. Secure Remote Database Access
2. Complex VPN Configuration Headaches
3. Security vs. Usability Trade-off
4. Remote Work Infrastructure Management
5. Personal Benefit Time Saving :)

  ### 21. Smooth onboarding and configuration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

GoodAccess is easy to use for our users and implementing it was only delayed by our own topics. It's being used daily for many hours for the whole company.

GoodAccess went above and beyond to accomodate new features required for us to roll out the site2site VPNs with customers on a tight timeline. Their customer support answers quickly and acts proactively.

We haven't faced any performance issues caused by GoodAccess, only by our own unstable network connections.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

We'd appreciate having more potential gateway locations in Canada (e.g. Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg) and Bangladesh (e.g. Dhaka).

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to whitelist IPs for certain tools and also establishing site to site VPNs with customers with tight access control. Both helps to increase our security posture and supports our ISO-27001:2022 certification.

  ### 22. "Good Access Reviewed: Does It Deliver on Its Promises?

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2025

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

Top-tier security (ZTNA, AES-256, compliance-ready).

Easy setup (intuitive dashboard, no complex configs).

Seamless remote access (fast, reliable, split tunneling).

Great support (24/7 live chat, quick fixes).

Cost-effective (transparent pricing, scales easily).

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

Limited advanced features (vs. competitors like Zscaler).

Mobile app could be smoother (occasional connectivity drops).

No self-hosted option (cloud-only may deter some enterprises).

Reporting lacks depth (basic analytics only).

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secure remote access → Employees connect safely from anywhere.

Simplified access control → IT easily manages who sees what.

No more slow VPNs → Faster logins, no downtime.

Compliance peace of mind → Meets audits (GDPR/HIPAA-ready).

  ### 23. Great Experience since 2020

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henry M. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2025

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

Reliability, affordability, great support and feedback, product update, generally value for money

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

I am not able to renew my subscription before the current one expires

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Static Internet IP for me Server

  ### 24. A plug and play zero trust network platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frederic H. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2024

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

Gateways are very easy to set up. For small organization needing to secure a network with VPN without dealing with the infrastructure this is awesome. Their configuration and monitoring interface is incredible : it makes hard things look easy. For most of our tools, we moved from private networks to IP whitelisting using our Good Access gateways

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

I don't really like the maturity of there payment processing that almost force you to start with a yearly subscription, making monthly subscriptions payment fail... seems that their integration with Stripe is broken. Might have been fixed though.
It's not a blocker since the quality of service and features would have led me into buying yearly subscriptions anyway.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a business VPN with easy onboarding / offboarding of members. Without the hassle of maintaining my own VPN workloads or with expensive services. Needed also to secure my internal workloads (databases, build servers, monitoring stack) without dealing with complex network topologies. Good Access makes it simple : deny all traffic except from GA Gateway. Firewalls are easy to configure !
Then the granularity of the access to workloads is very easy to manage with their badge system.

  ### 25. An Easy to Use VPN.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2025

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

It is flexible, easy to use and administer. It gives us good reporting on the utilization, and it has a REST API to extract the data.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

Not a default, but we are in the Microsoft/Azure ecosystem. GoodAccess works well, but it is a bit complicated to integrate with our Azure Virtual Desktop environment.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives a secure channel to our employees to access their clients' environment. The static IPs are big plus for us since the clients only need to whitelist those IPs.

  ### 26. Reliable service and helpful customer service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack G. | Technical Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2024

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

We've never suffered from any outages of our service which has been a big help to our business as a lot of our tools rely on a steady and restricted IP address. Customer service have always been very friendly and resolve issues quickly and are willing to negotiate on pricing of plans.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

There isn't much that we dislike about the service we get, it would be good to have a few more other features available. Allowing a more flexible use of gateways or a more varied collection of gateways.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We require access to tools with IP restrictions in place, using good access allows our users from different satelite offices to access with the same IP. We also offer international products so sometimes we require a connection that looks like it's an international user so we can test our environments.

  ### 27. Very easy to use for a static VPN - best one I could find.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2024

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

I like it the way you can set up your team... A lot of good features. Great customer support. I use it daily for security purposes.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

I don't use the app they provided because it will also let IPV6 pass through.. so I had to use OpenVPN app or Velocity (mac)... but no biggie, it gives you the necessary credentials to use other app besides their built in one. In fact I use several VPNs so Velocity let's me switch between them.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to connect using a STATIC IP... its the easiest one I have found to use. I can use my own client without having to use theirs.

  ### 28. Feature packed VPN suitable for small business also

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Val F. | Practice manager, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2023

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

Very easy deployment, with a lot of online help through their Support Portal. So far we had absolutely no issues with the connection, it remains stable and fast throughout the day. Apps are simple and easy to use - we use them on Windows, Mac and iOS devices.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

The trial period should have been a bit longer, 14 days is really not enough for all the testing; probably 30 days would be more appropriate, especially since this is a business solution. I have found out through their support team, that only 1 mobile device and 1 tablet/pc can use the connection at any given time - this information should be more visible on the website.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Can control access to our web based Patient management software through private Gateway (ip locking). We can ensure that access is only permitted from Company managed devices (running Good Access)

  ### 29. Very Simple and trustworthy VPN service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oren Z. | Co-Founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2022

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

I use a VPN and static IP for my team. The service allows e to simply invite team members. The installation is very simple and the service is of great performance. No downtime. Simple on/off.
Also, I get clear insights for the usage of my team members.
I used other services before but this is by far the best manageable one.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

Nothing. I have no comments to add on the service. No downsides. ...........................................................................................................

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Certain customers open a specific IP for us to use when entering through their Firewall. I am using this service for allowing this static IP for certain team members

  ### 30. Preferred VPN + excellent additional features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate K. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2024

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

GoodAccess is the best VPN service we've tested and used-- after testing multiple options it's the one we have settled on and continued to use as it allows our team members who work worldwide to access a variety of client sites. We've also used a number of features for our clients such as the static IP offering. Their customer service and support teams are quick to reply and incredibily helpful.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

The only issue we've had with GoodAccess is a more than reasonable one - they've had to increase their pricing (as has everyone). It's been a moderate increase but remains competitive and they were transparent about the need for it.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoodAccess solved our need for each team member to use a personal VPN or find one that met our standards/requirements. We were able to create documentation about how to use to align with our business practices and it's part of our regular workflow.

  ### 31. If you are looking for a Static IP for hosting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael L. | Business analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

I tried many different brands of VPN for years. All the big ones with their static IP add on. All had issues. I've been with GoodAccess now for almost 2 years and I have been super impressed. This VPN is not your typical want to watch foreign TV type VPN. This VPN is for a static IP and is fantastic. A whole bunch of features I don't use which it includes but the stability has been beyond anything anywhere else. I've successfully run websites from home as a backup via StarLink and they have run amazingly smooth.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

I have another VPN I subscribe to for watching TV. Good access isn't designed for that and the price is higher than those generic VPNs with a static IP option.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a very solid, low latency static IP in a non-public IPv4 environment.

  ### 32. Seamless Security: A Review of Good Access VPN

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mudassar B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Good Access VPN has truly exceeded my expectations! From seamless installation to reliable performance, it's been a game-changer for me. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate, and the connection speed is consistently fast. I particularly appreciate the robust security features, giving me peace of mind whenever I'm browsing. Whether I'm working remotely or simply accessing geo-restricted content, Good Access VPN has proven to be my go-to solution. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a trustworthy VPN service!"

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

Some users might find the number of server locations offered by GoodAccess to be limited compared to other VPN providers. This could impact their ability to access content from specific regions.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enhanced Privacy Protection: GoodAccess encrypts users' internet traffic, ensuring that their online activities remain private and secure from prying eyes, such as hackers, ISPs, or government surveillance agencies. This level of privacy protection is particularly crucial for users who value anonymity and want to safeguard their personal information.

  ### 33. Simple and straight forward VPN solution

**Reviewed by:** Ash N. | Technical Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

The setup was fast and quite simple and it supports all operating systems. It is very userfriendly. Having a built in multi factor authenication is a big plus from security point of view.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

It will be good to have an option to add a custom record with the basic plan as well.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoodAccess enables seamless global collaboration for our distributed teams by providing access to our server.

  ### 34. Excellent VPN Service with high speeds. rock solid stability, and a great price.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

I've been using Good Access for a while now, and it has quickly become an essential part of my development toolkit. The VPN speeds are consistently fast, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted connectivity. One of the standout features is the ability to publish apps from my development environment without the need to open ports on my router. This has significantly streamlined my workflow, making testing and deployment much easier. Overall, Good Access is a reliable and efficient VPN service that meets all my needs as a developer. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

I honestly have no problems with their service as it suits my needs, the one time i needed support was actually a problem on my end and they were very patient.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to publish my apps inside my network for testing, without opening ports on my home router. It is the only VPN i have found that allows me to do this in my environment.

  ### 35. GoodAccess is good stuff

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill L. | Security Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

I very much like the ease of use of the agent plus it has built in security scanning.
Weekly usage reports are very insightful.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

It's a pricey solution but the quality is amazing.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes my connections consistent especially when traveling.

  ### 36. Happy with this service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

I've been pleased with this VPN service. The dashboard is easy to use, the configuration files are easy to locate and download for setup. I've only needed to contact their tech support one time, and they were responsive, exceeded my expectations, and quickly resolved my issue for me. I find it useful that my VPN gateway is not marked/identified as a dynamic VPN service as other shared VPN services often are. All in all, I would recommend this service to others.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

From my recollection, I can only remember one time that the service did not seem available for a few hours in the past year, so I am pleased overall with the uptime performance of my VPN.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes I need my IP address to appear as if I am located in Texas. This service combined with Good Life travel routers allows me to accomplish that goal.

  ### 37. Very good VPN for business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

Good Access VPN provides our team with the speed we need when connected to be able to work efficiently and without interruption from disconnects. We switched from another well known VPN service because when connected, speeds were very slow and the VPN constantly disconnected making it where no one would use it and making our access insecure. They were also more expensive for a lesser service.

The service was simple to implement and to use and the team is connected to it regularly.

The GoodAccess team is very quick to respond and resolve any issues that arise. Excellent customer service.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

There is really nothing about the service that I have found that my team or I do not like.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoodAccess is providing fast internet access that we did not have with out prior VPN provider and without constant disconnection. The service is more secure and much easier to manage with an easy to use dashboard and it is very easy to add additional members and increase or decrease the number of users.

  ### 38. Quick Setup, User Friendly dashboard with great analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack S. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2024

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

GoodAccess provided a simple to use and easy setup VPN that allowed us to configure it to our needs. The dashboard makes it simple to grant and revoke access to users and by simple downloading their app, we can connect with ease.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

We haven't found anything from GoodAccess that we struggle with our doesn't fit our exact use case. We're able to see logs, connections and monitor all traffic

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a point of entry that was secure and allowed monitoring for our users. We use this in conjunction with our internal servies that require no outward access and only to one secure IP address.

  ### 39. Business VPN for our in-house team

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

Sometimes there is a problem with connecting to some urls afer connecting to VPN (but it's a temporary problem and passes after a while )

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoodAccess provides secure access to development tools and services, enabling our software house team to work remotely without compromising data security. It protects against unauthorized access and simplifies management of access to various environments, enhancing both security and operational efficiency.

  ### 40. Reliable and Secure VPN with Excellent Performance for Work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2024

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

I’ve been using GoodAccess for six months at work, and it’s been a great experience. The connection speed is fantastic, making it easy to work without any hiccups. The user interface is simple and intuitive, so my team had no trouble getting used to it. Plus, their customer support is top-notch and always quick to help.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

The main downside to GoodAccess is the price—it’s a bit higher than some other VPNs out there. Also, I’ve noticed occasional connection drops. While it reconnects pretty quickly, it can still be annoying, especially when I’m in the middle of important work. Despite these minor issues, the overall quality and performance make it worth it.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoodAccess is solving a couple of key problems for our team. It provides a secure connection for remote work, ensuring our data stays private and protected from cyber threats. The dedicated IP address is especially helpful for keeping our access to services consistent and secure

  ### 41. Difficult to cooperate with.

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Animation | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2024

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

I am with them about 3 years. Last 1 - 1.5 year their service was working as expected without interuptions.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

The first 1-1.5 years, the Good access application was working horribly. It was disconnecting several times a day. The worst part was when was contacting them for this issue, all I heard from them is "it is not their problem as there is no other customer that had the same issue". This kind of "support" continued for more than a year. Finally I was able to reach to some real people from their support. Those guys installed other application which completely eliminated the problem that existed before. Now I have stable connection that provides me with static IP.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only problem I needed GoodAccess to solve is turing my dynamic IP into static IP

  ### 47. IT JUST WORKED.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2024

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

I tried using several providers to ensure I had a stable, dedicated IP in order to RDP to my clients' servers while I travelled overseas as a digital nomad. I tried Hotspot Shield, Express VPN and Nord VPN and in all cases, I could not get RDP started. I spent many hours working through the various troubleshooting guides and working with the help desks of these providers to no avail. I then tried GoodAccess and was completely shocked when IT JUST WORKED. No hassle, no tickets, no downtime. I've been using them ever since and have had NO ISSUES. Set up was simple, even on my iPhone, and my devices are integrated. I use it almost every day since I installed and have never had a problem.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

It is a little expensive for my need - which is only for a dedicated IP address. However, they are the only provider that I tried that actually worked.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I service several clients remotely, but was tied to staying in one place until I could implement a static, dedicated IP that could be whitelisted by my clients. Now I am free to travel all around the world while taking care of my business.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2024

**What do you like best about GoodAccess?**

Instead of deploying identification management, VPN, different firewall and segmentation rules, or mobile security, which takes quite some time, skill and price for all those individual tools, GoodAccess is a great all-in-one tool, espacially for companies that don't have extensive IT teams. Implementation is 10x easier than premium tools.

**What do you dislike about GoodAccess?**

I haven't found anything I disliked yet. I am looking forward to what they present in their cool roadmap.

**What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secure remote access that I'd otherwise need to solve with muitiple othe rtools.
