Being able to customize each customer specific for their needs. Therapeutic interchanges, what is house stock, how to package each prescription, etc. Once everything is set up it is easy to use. The learning curve for FrameworkLTC is high. This may be a con to someone that wants "easy to use" software. Because of this learning curve, users that aren't trained can very easily cause problems with the system if the administrators do not have a firm grasp on permissions and functions. 1) Searching for any new format, i.e. packing slip, labels, MAR, RTS, etc.

2) The format the new version release notes are in, difficult to understand and repetitive

3) Some functionality drawbacks such as products dropping in order entry screen if typing fast, not an easy way to clear out old packing slips, do not send versus house stock functionality difficult to utilize
