At its very simplest, Delenta is a platform designed to bridge the gap between mentors and mentees, coaches and “coachees”, experts and novices. The product is clean, modern looking, intuitive, and not only do myself and one of my coaches love it, my clients love it as well.

Nothing at this point I've been super happy with every aspect of their product and service.

**What problems is Delenta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Several months ago I migrated over to their platform after the existing platform I was on went out of business without any notice, and their customer service and Technical Support was Second to None. They also took great initiative to add functionality that when I started with them was not available, but because I had become accustomed to it in my old platform, they went to Great Lengths to get everything I needed so that I didn't miss a beat in the transition over to them.

**What do you like best about Delenta?**

I like Delenta for its easy access and straightforwardness. Most of all, I appreciate the help from the team, especially Tarini. She's been amazing, and we've been in touch since June. She really empathized with me because I'm not a tech person, not on social media, and generally avoid online activities. This conversation even makes me uncomfortable. Tarini has given me the confidence to use Delenta by explaining everything to me and being so kind and helpful. That's why I wanted to give this review, despite my discomfort, as she deserves it. The setup was easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Delenta?**

I find technology in general quite challenging because to me, it's unreliable. It works sometimes, and then sometimes it just doesn't, which can be frustrating, but that's just how technology is.

**What problems is Delenta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Delenta because it's straightforward and helps me organize my admin work and client information all in one place for easy access.

User interface pretty intuitive - I enjoyed building my profile and client journeys, it was easy to get up and running.  Mobile and iPad apps are good too.  Customer support seems to be responsive, with lots of offers of help.

Could do with further CRM functionality - learn from great CRM firms like Salesforce.

Delenta has completely transformed how I run my coaching business. From the moment I started my trial, I knew this platform was something special. It’s incredibly intuitive—so easy to set up that I had the essential elements in place to onboard my first client within a day.

But what truly sets Delenta apart is how effortlessly it integrates everything I need—calendaring, client management, session tracking, contracts, and payments—into one seamless experience. No more back-and-forth scheduling, no more wondering how many sessions a client has left, and no more clunky workarounds. The integrations are magic—I simply toggled a button, and my Zoom and Outlook calendars synced instantly.

Delenta doesn’t just make things easier; it makes me feel more capable. It removes the tech overwhelm so I can focus on what matters most—coaching my clients. And their customer support? Absolutely unmatched. I had an issue during my trial, and a team member jumped on a call, during the weekend and very late in the evening her time, to make sure I was set up for success.

This platform is a game-changer for coaches who want a professional, high-quality experience for their clients without spending hours wrestling with tech. I was so impressed that I purchased an annual subscription—and I only wish I had found Delenta sooner!

The only minor preference I have is that I’d love to have my course slides displayed in the same window as the video. My simple workaround is sharing the slides in a folder with my client, which works just fine. Overall, this is a small adjustment in an otherwise seamless experience

Delenta allowed me to move easily into effective client management from more manual time-consuming processes.

The interface is not always user friendly. For example the font is quite small and occassionaly I would prefer to use different language than the preset fields.

**What problems is Delenta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Delenta has solved my inefficient client management processes which saves me time and energy to focus on revenue generating activities and projects to grow my business. As a user-friendly, all-in-one CRM, I have greater line of sight to how my business is doing which gives me peace of mind. Delenta also helps me help my clients to be more accountable with their goals. This enhances my clients' perception of my effectiveness as a coach which fits perfectly with my word-of-mouth marketing strategy. Finally, the different ways I can stay connected with my clients whether we are actively working together or if its been a while gives me the security of knowing I am always top of mind for my clients.

Delenta is very user-friendly, and their customer service is fantastic. It’s easy to reach someone, and they are always reliable.

**What do you dislike about Delenta?**

I wish the software would offer a way to send reminders to clients via text messages to peoples phones. One can integrate Zapier to do this, but I wish there was no integration—as it sends email reminders, it should also send text reminders. Otherwise, I can’t think of anything else to dislike. It’s a great practice software.

Not sure how to answer this. It’s a very useful software.

**What do you like best about Delenta?**

We've just started transitioning our clients to Delenta and the support has been amazing. Anji and Dhanya, while being is a vastly different time zone, are always quick to respond and help with any issues. Additionally, as we identify things that would help our workflow, Delents is diligent about researching, developing, and putting in the functions that we request. So far it's been a great experience!

**What do you dislike about Delenta?**

The only downside so far is my fear in moving our clients over. I've been very slow to pull the trigger on transitioning clients - but the support at Delenta has been amazing and patient - even as they deal with a number of questions that I should have been able to figure out without them!

**What problems is Delenta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using at least 5 different platforms to manage our practice. Scheduling, notes, communication, time keeping, goalsetting, etc. Delenta brings it all into one place so that our coaches can access everything they need in one location.

**What do you like best about Delenta?**

Delenta stands out because it seamlessly co-ordinates so many pieces of the puzzle. Now onboarding new clients, contracts, payments, ongoing communication, session bookings, notes, goals and tasks, even courses are all in the one spot – it’s transformational!

I also love how available and responsive the entire Delenta Team are. After initial training to familiarise me with the platform they continue to promptly and personally answer any questions, a rare level of customer service that I really appreciate.

The team is refreshingly open to feedback and suggestions – a couple of requests I’ve made have already been incorporated into the platform and I’m excited by the product roadmap plans that have been shared with users.

**What do you dislike about Delenta?**

It's yet to connect with XERO, but I understand that's coming soon.

**What problems is Delenta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was late in 2023 when I realised how much time my cobbled together systems were costing me. A booking calendar, contract app, dropbox, course plugin via wordpress, XERO, emails, messenger… the list went on and on. Madness! And so began my search for a new approach. 

I now save so much time because onboarding new clients, contracts, payments, ongoing communication, session bookings, notes, goals and tasks, even courses are all in the one spot – it’s transformational!

It also enhances my client experience and my professionalism.

Valerie's exceptional patience and courtesy stood out as she took the time to thoroughly explain the situation regarding my domain. She assisted me in canceling an account that was created on GoDaddy without my knowledge and optimized my Google Business email setup. Her extensive knowledge and unwavering patience were invaluable, and she ensured that I never felt rushed throughout the process.

Honestly, there are a few things I'd like to see added to the functionality, but the Delenta team is already working on them. They are increadibly responsive to my requests.

**What problems is Delenta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Launching my program for 40 managers on Delenta has been a seamless experience. The invitations for my course have just been sent out, and I'm already seeing registrations coming in. I'm immensely thankful for the exceptional support and assistance provided by the Delenta team. Their guidance was crucial in making this launch possible at such a scale. While I anticipate further interactions with the team, I'm confident that we've achieved a solid foundation for success.

**What do you like best about Delenta?**

It streamlines and simplifies my platform decisions (and costs) by accomplishing many of the functions I'd be subscribing to other systems for (calendly for calendar, stripe or paypal for payment processing, contract signatures, website builder, etc.) - so even though there's a monthly charge, I end up actually saving some money this way... and a ton of effort.

**What do you dislike about Delenta?**

I can't identify any. The only hard part about shopping for it so early in my new biz is that I haven't used any other platforms yet so I won't necessarily be able to compare it knowledgeably to something else -  but since I have a background in content management I think I'll be able to do it.

**What problems is Delenta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

calendar / appointment booking; minimal website with option to brand it and improve it later; option for online courses later; marketing funnel (nudges and reminders baked in, emails baked in); contracts and signing of them; payment processing; option for blog / writings in deletna or link to wherever you have it (which is great because I'll have one but I haven't committed to where). It's also got things I wasn't hoping for such as a pretty robust CRM so that I and my clients can have all their coaching related stuff in one place. - at least, the stuff with me.

We’ve been using the Delenta coaching platform for a while now, and we can say without reservation that it has been an invaluable asset to our business. Previously, we juggled multiple tools and applications to keep things running smoothly. With Delenta, we were able to consolidate all the tools necessary to grow our business under one comprehensive solution. 

The convenience of having everything in one place is simply incomparable. One of the most noticeable benefits of using Delenta is the considerable increase in client engagement. Since implementing the platform into our workflow, we've seen a large surge in interactions with our clients. The platform offers robust features that make it easier to engage with clients in a meaningful way, from appointment scheduling to seamless communication tools.

**What do you like best about Delenta?**

I have been pleasantly surprised by the functionality and ease of use with the Delenta platform. It really is a one stop shop for a coaching business --managing your calendaring, having key integrations with essential software systems, as a CRM system, and as a landing  page for your business. With Delenta, a coach could forgo having a separate website, and use Delenta and it’s many features ( too numerous to list). You can connect your payment systems, set up individual and group coaching sessions, host courses, and a myriad of other things.  You can customize your landing page, add content about your business, and brand yourself.   It is very easy to set up (much easier than trying to do a website while you are trying to set up your business). Their support team is exceptional. I have to say this is one of the best business tools I have used in the last 10 years.

I have not identified anything that I don't like.

It is a one stop platform, I think it will have a lot with Marketing, in addition to all of it's operations features.

**What do you like best about Delenta?**

Everything is in one place, and it works. Group and individual coaching, classes, messaging, notes, scheduling, payment, etc. The customer service is wonderful. It is far better than any other software I have tried. I am grateful that Delenta is dedicated to providing a coaching platform that facilitates positive and productive user experiences for both the coach and the client. I have been confidently migrating my clients onto the platform, and they are excited to get started using it. My clients are pleased that there's an app!

**What do you dislike about Delenta?**

I am eager to see the mobile app grow in functionality, such as when the messaging feature is ready. I don't have any complaints. I know that they will continue to add more features.

Delenta has all the features I need in one place, particularly the ability to message my clients within the platform. It was such a headache for me with other platforms. I also appreciate that the group members have privacy from one another. I have peace of mind now, as do my clients. It is a cohesive platform that makes my mind feel calm and organized.

The features that attracted us to Delenta included the CRM, Online Courses, Group Coaching, Real-time Chat, and the overall ability to manage our business (and clients).

None that I have found so far - as most of my concerns have been addressed via updates over the last seeral months.

Providing an amazing custoemr experience, managing our clients from lead through the lifetime of the customer. We are in the process of scaling our business into groups and courses - so Delenta was a natural fit.

**What do you like best about Delenta?**

When it comes to setting up a coaching business with website, CRM, availability calendar, and my coaching packages, Delenta is the only platform offer all of these modules in one place. It has different types of themes matching your brand and custom branding options too. It also have coaching logs auto population when you do your calls on the platform. After spending a good amount of time, I'm still trying to figure out how use the complete solution for my other services like courses, events and group coaching.

I'm happy with live chat between myself and clients, but I still need the group chat to get the best out of my group programs.

**What problems is Delenta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Biggest challenge is to integrate all my workflows like payment management, sessions, calendar etc. into a single integration solution. Now I can track all that on Delenta without having to maintain different systems and tools.

I have been using this product for approximately over 6 months as part of my mentoring business. This product has helped me to connect with my clients and organise all activities in a structured way. It has also allowed me to create a more efficient and effective process for my business. I've simply redesigned all my client onboarding processes on Delenta. 
This product is an essential part of my business and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to improve their life mentoring business.
The support is excellent and I feel they're an extended part of my team.

**What do you like best about Delenta?**

The platform has pretty much anything one needs to start and run a coaching business, a true plug-and-play. I would not do it justice to begin listing all features. I like Delenta's ongoing invitation for coaches to be part of the journey and make suggestions on new or different features. When they say a coaching platform build for coaches by coaches, they mean in. Highly recommend it, the amount of time it saves me is well worth it.

**What do you dislike about Delenta?**

There were a couple of things a few months ago, but Delenta improved those features on the back of suggestions. So, it would be unfair to list those now. I am not sure how often they run system updates, but it seems pretty often.

**What problems is Delenta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a coaching business is essentially doing two jobs, working in the business and working on the business. I was finding myself working more on the business, all that admin and back office work, than coaching. Delenta turned that around. Now I spend more time coaching.

Their customer support is just simply fantastic! They are quick and personable in responding and often can cater to our queries and needs. The platform's design and simple, and it is intuitive to use. I like that the platform has learning and coaching management systems in one place, which makes things so much easier and more convenient if you provide both online learning and coaching.

**What do you dislike about Delenta?**

Sometimes there is a lag in the platform, and particular features are not available yet. That said, the team is very product-oriented and forward-looking. They are always open to feedback and have a roadmap to include features proposed to make the platform more effective.

I needed a platform to integrate several different applications, including a CRM, Quickbooks and a platform for several course offerings. The customer service at Delenta was awesome - patiently answered all of my questions (in 2 calls!) and showed me on the platform what was possible.

**What do you like best about Delenta?**

All of the features, the easy-to-use interface, and the responsiveness of the coach assistance team.  I love the integration features and the ability to host courses on the platform.

**What do you dislike about Delenta?**

If I had to pick something, it would be the lack of "themes" or font selection for the profile page.  But it's by no means a deal-breaker.  I'd love to see a docusign feature, though I understand that's coming soon.  I'd also like to be able to see an option to have interactive docs (like a Google Docs-type of feature).

It's worth it!

**What do you like best about Delenta?**

This is a very easy thing to recommend. The interface is very smooth and everything is available at one place. My users have absolutely enjoyed all the features that are there including the anytime meeting feature. It is perfect for the users as they get really involved with their coaches.

There's none. I would just want the team to continue doing the good work so that we can relinquish this gem of a tool.

The best problem that we are able to solve is that our coaches are able to keep track of all their sessions. They are able to have the freedom to give their best while interacting with the users because of the one on one interactions.

This platform is a Professional reflection on my coaching business to my clients.  It saves me time with cohorts on sign-up links, auto-zoom integration, and payments.  I also love the messaging feature and resource area with notes.

I have not found a thing I would change.  They are constantly looking to add and improve, I like this.

I had so many different tools, and nothing worked together in a seamless experience for my clients and me.   I no longer have to set up zooms and waste valuable time on onboarding.

**What do you like best about Delenta?**

After researching most software and I found Delenta to be the most intuitive software. It's simple and easy to use for both my clients and myself. 
I can create my coaching logs while using Delenta. All payment handling, session notes, outstanding session tracking, and all done through the platform. It saves me hours of tedious admin tasks like invoicing, lead management and client management!!!
The team behind the software is accommodating and they supported me to set up my profile and migrated my clients without any charge.

**What do you dislike about Delenta?**

Nothing to mention, but I'm waiting for their course creator to release soon so that I can create my courses on Delenta soon :)

**What problems is Delenta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simply all in one solution, and it helps me be organized and focused on my business. 

The private client portal is full of rich features for my clients to keep them organize and track their progress too. So, I don't have to worry about client accountability as it keeps it all transparent for my clients and myself. 

One of the best features for me is the ability to create a coaching package with a payment plan and get my terms and conditions signoff through the payment process.

I love the 'onestopshop' element. Everything in one place.I think as a coach, all you really want to do is COACH, and then all the bits that surround that can become the time consuming things.Love the integrated payments, the notes for clients, the tasking for clients, and the integrated storage of sessions on zoom / audio on there.
It's a very comprehensive suit of tools to manage clients & prospects, payment and conduct sessions. Its a great platform & so far the best that i have come across from features & cost perspective.

Theres nothing in particular that i dislike about the platform. Delenta pushes me and my business to stay focused and organise things in the right way.

Yay for Delenta! What sets Delenta apart from the rest is the accessibility of the team to address any questions or implement any requests. They go over and above.

Delenta dashboard gives a clear Idea of my business performance.
In terms of cost , I used to spend a lot more before Delenta, by using Multiple systems.
Today I am only paying for what I use. 
Coaching is a very niche Industry...and in my opinion Delenta features are really designed keeping the Industry needs and pain points in mind.
