It puts objective and assessment IN the subjective. I would state objective findings outload and it will not replace it in the objective section. making it seem like I am contradicting myself. **What problems is DeepScribe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Save me time... but i spend more time editing my own work. ### 2. Out of curiousity, I've tested other AI medical scribe and dictation apps but none have been as reliable with such excellent customer support. I love how the company has continued to develop the platform and add features! **What do you dislike about DeepScribe?** I rely on DeepScribe AI transcription notes and DeepScribe relies on Amazon Servers, which goes down from time to time without advance notice and sometimes all of my transcriptions for the day are lost! I'd like to see some way that my audio could be held on my device and uploaded when the servers are up again. That feature may have already been added for all I know because I've only lost transcriptions on 2 days since early 2021! **What problems is DeepScribe solving and how is that benefiting you?** The AI listens to my patient interactions and keeps notes, does a fair transcription which is then verified & improved by a human medical scribe. This allows me to be more attentive & engaged with my patients, provide more education and not be obsessively focused on keeping perfect handwritten notes. ### 3. It helps to track my time while in the room with the patient. I never realized the amount of time. Able to bill high with time. **What do you dislike about DeepScribe?** I don't have an Interface wiht intergy erm. Does not always pick up the plan as well while with the patient. I typically have to redictate my plan. Many times I feel as if my note is not reviewed by a person after not is completed there is many errors spelling and grammar When I directing dictate into the note I am not able to make it go to the next line. Other systems I can say paragraph or next line. This would help break up the continuous dictation. **What problems is DeepScribe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having me pick the gender. I usually email my team and let them know I keep seeing x, y or z "issue" they look into it and fix or give me advice how to avoid it happening in the future. **What problems is DeepScribe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cutting down charting time by scribing the information I talk with my patients about. It is nice to also be able to reference back to audio and transcript if I forgot information we talked about I can easily go back and review myself. ### 5. Sometimes the info on the note has nothing to do with behavioral or mental health. The note itself is missing big categories and I have to add in the categories on every single note. Sometimes there are lots of words and other times not even enough to consider it a note. **What problems is DeepScribe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sometimes it listens for relationship information but sometimes it does not. I think you are on the right path and then the next note is void of mh content. ### 8. Less clicks in the workflow. Customer service is good with regular notices regarding updates and minimal downtime. **What do you dislike about DeepScribe?** Still some inconsistency with the level of detail note to note at times, as well as some slight redundancy section to section (HPI/PFSHx etc.). Would like to see the clients name integrated throughout. Still some difficulty differentiating speakers (mother, father, patient, etc.) **What problems is DeepScribe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Note organization, speed of transcription, better syntax/grammar. Understanding nuance in conversation (topic switches mid conversation etc). My total documentation time has reduced by about 3-4 hours/week. ### 9. No time caps for recording appointments, (ours are 60 mins long!) **What do you dislike about DeepScribe?** It can get too wordy and redundant from section to section. Have to correct a few things before finalizing note, more often than not. **What problems is DeepScribe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Writing a SOAP Note for us is a huge leap for our productivity, even though it is not perfect.
