I use CubiCasa to help map 2D floor plans and list them as a service in my business. What I most like about CubiCasa is the simplicity of the app. It's very easy to use, and I appreciate how the scanning isn't overly complicated. Even if I mess up a little, CubiCasa will fix it, which is really handy. Being able to access it right on my phone makes things super convenient. I also like how quick the scanning process is, usually taking less than 5 minutes. Additionally, I find it great that I can customize colors and add upgrades like GLA or a 3D floor plan for an extra cost. I think what did stand out, was when there was no cell service, and the app wouldn't load. I couldn't open the app, and therefore had to ask the owner of the home to borrow her wifi so I can use the app. Later I learned there's an offline mode, which I never knew before. It's so quick and easy. You take your phone, do a short 5-minute video scan of the apartment or house, and bam, you get a professional floor plan. Okay, there are limits to the accuracy sometimes. On unusual walls or old houses, the plan might be slightly off, and you have to request a correction. It's also a bit of a shame to have to wait for the plan to be returned (even if it's quick, it's not instantaneous). And if you want 3D options or CAD files, it quickly becomes more expensive. CubiCasa has helped me take my real estate photography business to the next level by offering floor plans as an add-on for customers. When doing my first scan I was nervous that I would do it wrong. CubiCasa guided me the whole way through with tips telling me if I'm holding the camera up high enough or showing too much of the floor. I was so impressed that my video taking and walking around a house can magically turn into these stunning floor plans with insanely accurate measurements. The only downside is the turn around time, but that is mostly because I like to send photos and floor plans at the same time but don't want to charge my customers for the extra cost for 6-hour turnaround (even though I should) so I have to take a loss to get the floor plan back around the same time that the photos are back. The CubiCasa app. is fantastic!

CubiCasa is very easy to use - CubiCasa allows me to create and upload an accurate floor plan in a matter of minutes. My customers love the nice clean looks of the CubiCasa floor plans. Customers are amazed at CubiCasa's AI technology. With CubiCasa real estate agents now can have floor plans the next day - no more waiting for days to have their floor plans delivered to them. I love the fact that I can change the names of any room on the floor plan using the quick edit feature - A very easy and helpful function to use.

I've been a professional Real Estate and Architecture Photographer for about a decade and I've been using CubiCasa for a few months now to provide Floor Plans for my realtor clients. No matter how seemingly weird the layout or how cluttered a listing is (usually in a very crowded basement) the product that they provide me (in a VERY short turn around time) have been excellent every time. It isn't CubiCasa's fault, but I had to purchase a second phone to be able to do scans, because when uisng my primary business cell phone, I invariably would get a call (usually SPAM) JUST before finishing a scan and I'd have to start over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy, fast, accurate and does exactly what it claims to do. It would be a great addition to an appraisers tool box but it's cost is prohibitive for most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Too expensive. Saves time and you could increase volume maybe. Bottom line is most appraisers work with an assistant at most so CubiCasa prices the largest number of appraisers out.
