Some of the filtering options are buried a few clicks deeper than they need to be, and the mobile experience could use a polish to match the desktop version. These are relatively minor friction points, but smoothing them out would make an already strong platform feel truly effortless.

At Staff Smart, we have experience working with several major ATS platforms, but CVViZ has distinguished itself as a much simpler and more refreshing option. We are very pleased with the strong ROI it provides. The platform is user-friendly, making it easy to track candidates for specific job openings, and its built-in AI ranks candidates according to how closely their resumes align with the requirements of each role.

Setting up the integrated job board, which displays our open positions on our website, was straightforward. Furthermore, the support team has delivered technology that is easy to use and includes features that many other ATS platforms typically charge extra for. We have also found the support team to be very responsive and receptive to suggestions for enhancements that help boost our overall productivity.

**What do you like best about cvviz?**

I appreciate that CVViZ helps us post jobs on multiple portals, which is solving some major problems for us. I like how it collects resumes in one place, does resume parsing based on the job description, evaluates the resumes, and identifies ideal candidates for the job. I also find it helpful that CVViZ allows us to track candidates from the beginning right through to the end. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy and we didn't even need support from their team, as we were able to do it in just about an hour.

**What do you dislike about cvviz?**

At times, the system is quite slow. They need to use some elastic methodology so that the performance is optimized at all times. Also, certain links do not work, so we have raised a complaint against it and are hoping to get the resolution fast.

I wish there were a few more integrations.  Example you don't have APPLE calendar integration and we have more and more of our folks interested in using their MacBooks using Apple calenders.  Otherwise looking good!

Adding jobs was a breeze and then posting them and getting applicants to submit their resumes was very easy and worked perfectly.

**What do you like best about cvviz?**

At Staff Smart, we have worked with some of the larger ATS platforms and have found CVVIZ much easier and refreshing to use.  We have been extremely pleased with the ROI for this application. CVVIZ is an intuitive ATS, that allows Staff Smart to track candidates to jobs and uses an internal AI capability to rank stack candidates based on their resume to the role. 

The built-in Job Board that displays open positions on our website was very simple to implement, and the support team has implemented technology that is simple to use and provides benefits other ATS systems charge an arm and a leg for. We have also found the support team very responsive to enhancements and ideas to improve productivity.

The resume parser still needs some work to prevent manual updates to profiles as candidates are entered into CVVIZ

We tried many others, but CVVIZ was the best choice for its simplicity and features vs price. It made our recruitment process much easier and helped us better understand the candidates.

One of its most important features is the mail system; all incoming and outgoing mail is in one place

We love that it's an all-in-one job list management platform. Instead of manually adding job boards on our website, we just provide a link to our account on CVViZ, and manage all listings from there.

We only use CVViZ to receive/manage applications. In that capacity, I cannot think of something specific we dislike. I do wish the limits on job openings were more generous.

It helps us manage all job listings, screen applicants, and sort applications. It comes with a landing page with all job listings and the ability for users to submit their applications. It relieves us of having to develop our system.

I like most that the software offers the ability to the recruiter to quickly and efficiently post jobs on multiple free and paid job sites, as well as the power of screening, matching, and ranking candidates' resumes.

Needs continuous monitoring and further improvement of the system's automatic functionality that deals with the screening, matching, and ranking of candidates, aiming to help the recruiter to achieve better results with the minimum possible time/effort.

The system supports/facilitates the implementation of the whole job recruitment process, mainly engaged with the job post-publication/management, candidate searching, resume screening/management, interview arrangement/completion, collaboration with recruitment agencies, and recruitment analytics. Such capability is beneficial for me since I  can run the recruitment process using only one portal/system and thus enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process I want to set under implementation.

The resume matchmaking and indexing feature are excellent.

The tagging feature is the best. My team and I liked this feature a lot.

The UI of Cvviz is very user-friendly, unlike other ATS available in the market.  The Simplicity of the platform allows even a tyro to use this platform with ease.

Their support team is incredible and very prompt.

I don't find anything to dislike so far.

We had a huge database of resumes available which were sitting idle in our inbox. Since we started using Cvviz, we have been able to make use of these resumes.

Setup and use of the platform are extremely simple. It comes with a variety of features as well as being pretty self-explanatory. I was able to have a job position created on the platform easily.

We can integrate our website career page to the platform, so managing our job listings is quick and easy.

Nothing particularly noteworthy. Perhaps UX could be improved. For instance, there was one screen on which you had to use the back button. But that can be fixed easily.

With AI-driven resume screening, we have solved our biggest pain point in finding the right candidate. As a result, we are able to screen and examine more resumes in a shorter period of time. I love that it allows you to post out to multiple job boards from a central dashboard! This is a massive time saver.

There are discounted credits available for job boards which makes it pay for itself straight away too!

I am also very impressed with the automation functions which help reduce time wasted looking at irrelevant/ unqualified candidates who apply for roles they're not suited for.

The mobile experience is very poor for now. Specifically for posting jobs. I hope this is something that can be improved on in the future. I'd also love to see integration with more job boards that focus on freelancer/remote workers.

It helps us hire candidates fast and in a systematic way. It has ai to scan 1 million resumes in less than 30 seconds. We nornally get 500 resumes per job & it does a great job screening those.

They don't have any video tutorials on their youtube channel. So it took me an hour to understand the completely initially. Which otherwise with a tutorial video would be just few mins.

**What do you like best about cvviz?**

I had a simple task for cvviz.ai to perform. I needed a wide variety of qualified applicants for a specific job. I provided cvviz.ai with all of the qualifications and reached out to those that fit the bill. Those applicants were then provided a link to a survey where they could submit their qualifications in their own words. This made the process easy and productive. I highly recommend cvviz.ai.

**What do you dislike about cvviz?**

i wish there were a way to post to LinkedIn and indeed for free. I know this isn't because of Cvviz but because of those services. I would also like to be able to use to have interviewees complete non-tech-based tasks, For example completing a writing activity during the interview. There needs to be more law firm types or a general legal services category. There are other law firm types besides family, corporate, criminal law. There is business, immigration, contract. If they put a general "law firm" category that would be ideal

We are a small law firm and we use this tool to hire, vet and interview candidates. I wanted an AI-based hiring assistant to help cut down on the amount of time we spend reviewing resumes.  

I tried out this tool, and I REALLY like it. The interface is clean and simple, and it's easy to use.  I'm looking forward to using this more and seeing how it can help me save time and get qualified hires.

**What do you like best about cvviz?**

CVViZ is an incredible piece of software for driving your recruitment process using multiple channels. It integrates with different job portals and makes the whole process of finding talent efficient and time-saving.
For me, UI/UX is vital. Although I'm a feature freak, a good-looking tool with an intuitive interface gives me a lot of confidence about its longevity. CVViZ has done a great job at that. It shows all the necessary information such as the number of resumes uploaded, their sources, and a lot more in the form of neat graphs that is easy to digest.
I also like how it shows all the profiles in the system and their respective contact details, skill match and status.
If you're a recruiting agency and want to hire the best, you should try CVViZ.

For my use case, I don't see any limitations in this tool. However, it's relatively new software, so if you've needs different from mine, you might want some more features.

What I like about this platform is the ease of use it offers and the UI/UX is clean and intuitive. One can collaborate amongst stakeholders like managers, candidates, and recruiters and also post the Jobs on LinkedIn, Social Media, Google, and other Free Job Boards.

I love the software and the customer service is stellar for the most part!! I have only had 2 questions go unanswered but all of the others (there were many), were answered in great detail and quickly.

Some of the key features listed as included are not yet available and have been in 'review' status the entire time which has been 2 months now. Also, would be nice to have search capability by client/employer name. :)

I really like the tools for all its features but the two things I really like:
1. Ease of use
2. Pricing
3. Detailed Feedback system

-The interface itself is extremely user-friendly with minimal learning curve for a layman to understand in the first go.

-So far, it has been one of the most economical ATS in the market given the features it has.

-Detailed feedback for the candidate which we can share across within the organisation to streamline communication with other stakeholders.

There's nothing I dislike but glassdoor integration is something that I'm looking at which turns out is already on their road map.

**What problems is cvviz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With more than 500 applications coming in, to get the right candidate is like finding the pin in the haystack. With this, we should be able to streamline our hiring. Currently, we are an pre-early stage startup with not more than 10 employees so this is something that would be really useful for us during the scaling phase when we are eyeing to onboard at least 50 to 75 people in the coming year.

Ease of use and an array of features which makes the tool an amazing weapon for your recruitment activites. The integration is the cherry on the top  which makes the offer even better.

Still in the beta stage for some feature as the tool would need time to evolve. Their are some hickups in the way where the system becomes slow at times . However, i belive the team will surely be able to fix the glitch in the coming time

CVViz makes recruiting much easier for me! I really like how convenient it is to use compared to other recruitment tools I've used before. It has a well-designed UI/UX where I can simply add a job and wait for the process to take place.

The system is slow sometimes and some applicants have also complained about how they can't send an application through their mobile phones.

The AI feature. It goes beyond keywords and will definitely improve with time.

The email templates don't have the option to add images or attachments. That feature will be very useful, to attach a welcome image or introductory pdfs.

The Industry drop down in Job creation form does not include all industries (e.g., Publishing).

Mine is a very small company and we generally hire people on contract or freelancers. This tool will help me save many hours in recruiting.

What I like about the platform is the well-designed UI / UX where I can add a job and then wait for the rest of the recruitment process to take its place!

I love the feature where I can post jobs to 15+ free job boards, Google for jobs, social media, LinkedIn, and many other platforms.

I also love the feature to set pre-screening questions for every job.

More importantly, I love that I can easily collaborate among hiring managers, recruiters, recruitment agencies, and candidates

**What do you dislike about cvviz?**

Maybe the part that is missing right now with CVViZ is a mobile responsive/progressive web app. A mobile app should be great!

I also wanted to put the career page on my own custom domain which is a feature I hope they will have! 

Further, the ability to remove their branding on the footer will be a welcome feature to have, especially for Agencies offering the platform as a service to their clients.

For businesses or recruitment agencies looking for an Applicant Tracking System for their brand or clients, do consider Cvviz, definitely one of the best UI/UX I have ever seen in this kind of software.

I have been looking for an online recruitment software that addresses the challenges of having all persons involved in the recruitment process, like the candidate, hiring manager, recruiters, and agencies/vendors.

Interesting features in particular the one which lets you add candidates from the web or directly from Linkedin.

Not well translated in French. Lots of issues with the special characters when creating a job. It doesn't really support the french language. 
In the candidate profil, we can't really add comments or Interview report, the space for notes is really tiny. We only can organize the candidates with tags, no folders available. For a recruiter I don't have access to a CRM to manage customers information.

I can work with my team to organize candidates per job and share resumes.
