I like how this tool combines multiple communication tools into one for my agency website. I can set up a chat, contact form, video, surveys, and even longer help documents all within a single widget. This makes it easy for me to offer content and ways to connect with my website visits more easily. I haven't seen a tool with these many features bundled together before, so it is very valuable to my business, because I don't need to subscribe to many other tools. I just need this one. It can sometimes be a little buggy on the website. I have come across times when the widget does not appear. Also, the UI can be improved. It is easy to use, but I think the UI can be updated so that it looks more polished and up to date with the other website communication tools out there, like Intercom. I love that the support questions and answers are built right into the chat bubble. All the various tools I need to reach, connect, and convert leads is just at my finger tips and built right into the chat bubble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think their backend UI is a little dated looking. Not TOO bad, but it could be modernized for sure. My biggest complaint is probably around their proactive messages. You can select which tools you want in the main chat bubble, but if you want anything other than that specific group of chat tools on a specific page, then you have to use what's called a proactive message. It's a great feature, but it doesn't look like the main chat bubble. I would love to be able to create multiple chat bubbles for differing pages. The proactive messages are great, they just don't display and represent in the same way that a proactive message does and it would be great to be able to choose what you want on a page level if it fits my use case ;) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love this website engagement suite because it's so easy to use. I like that it has a variety of tools, such as a lead generation tool and a website optimization tool, that helps me convert more leads and increase my conversion rates. The member area has features that help me keep track of analytics and reports about my campaigns. I also love that the pricing is flexible and the customer support is excellent. Honestly, my only grumble is that I wish there was a way to duplicate tools for "business hours" and "after hours". If you can choose when the tool runs, that is great, but it would be better if each tool could be configured differently so that during normal business hours phone numbers could be displayed, and after business hours, emergency numbers would only be displayed.
