When and IF there is a problem, staff are diligent in getting it resolved. Overall a great product. **What do you dislike about AutoEntry?** When it doesn't like an invoice and puts it in rejected you need to speak to support, the 'Move to Inbox' doesn't work (Pet peeve). **What problems is AutoEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?** Invoice entry onto our accounts package. It makes it quite frustrating to not be able to get a quick fix for it **Recommendations to others considering AutoEntry:** Simple program to be implemented into your business quickly and easily **What problems is AutoEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data entry can take up a lot of time this frees up that time spent. It also reduces the amount of errors when you have someone manually entering in invoices ### 8. Direct exchange of scans, photographs and transaction detail to your digital accounts package. Option to memorise transaction analysis and VAT rates for future entries. Ability to submit transactions bu email, as a pdf, or photograph, using a dedicated smart phone app. **What do you dislike about AutoEntry?** Sometimes the AI takes a little longer than is ideal. **What problems is AutoEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Autoentry for all our clients purchase invoices and oversee the allocation to the accounts. Company culture not great, happy to charge when service is not provided. **What problems is AutoEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was expecting to cut down on the data entry but unfortunately it only reduced the entry time by about 30% while creating another type of work which was the "ironing out" of the documents to scan, and the corrections in the system the auto entry attributed the wrong codes. ### 10.
