Very easy to set up, works like a charm, and the customer service is A+ !
I really like how easy everything was to set up the Answerbase on our website.  I was comparing various Q & A products and this one was the best value that I could find.

Their support is very responsive and provides spot on help.

Can't recommend them enough!

Nothing.  I liked everything about the product.

Allowing shoppers to get questions answered.  Other shoppers may have the same questions, so posted questions and answers helps.

System is sometime a little slow, depending on the time of the day.

Price,  support for SEO, customer support and ease of set up.

The public facing user experience (UX) could use some polish. The lack of the ability to rank Q&As based on last updated (rather than just newest posted)

I highly recommend AnswerBase. It is priced attractively, easy to setup, has great support for SEO and WORLD CLASS customer support. The team is highly responsive and resolves most issues fast.

We need easy to access knowledge bases for all our processes, and Answerbase provides this!

Sometimes the customer service can be slow, but most things are easy to figure out intuitively.

Take time to get to know the nuances of the software, then it'll be a breeze to use.

Employees and customers need to be trained and experts on how our business runs, and by documenting everything in AnswerBase, we can make sure nothing gets dropped in the cracks.
