8Dflow Reviews & Product Details

8Dflow is quality control software for manufacturing, designed to help small and medium-sized businesses manage quality issues and corrective actions from initial reporting through to closure. Record nonconformances and NCRs, investigate root causes, document containment activities and prepare structured 8D reports. Manage customer corrective action requests (CARs) and supplier corrective action requests (SCARs), assign responsibilities and track actions through to completion. Quality managers, engineers and manufacturing operations teams can: - Record quality issues, defects and investigation findings. - Assign corrective actions, owners and due dates. - Track outstanding issues, overdue actions and approvals. - Attach photos, documents and supporting evidence. - Verify completed actions and assess their effectiveness. - Document closure decisions and maintain a history of quality issues. 8Dflow helps manufacturing businesses manage investigations, responsibilities and follow-up without relying on scattered spreadsheets, email threads and shared folders. Designed to work alongside existing quality management systems (QMS), 8Dflow focuses on practical quality control and issue management rather than replacing a complete enterprise QMS.
