"Cheap cdn with low customer support"

What do you like best about 5centsCDN?

The CDN is affordable and easily accessible compared to others, while still maintaining decent performance. We utilize the pull zones feature, which allows us to interface with CloudFront/S3, significantly reducing our costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 5centsCDN?

The real issue is the professionalism and customer support. Problems are fairly frequent and recurring, and the support response is far from quick. As a recent example, it took five days (and multiple follow-ups) to fix response times exceeding 10 seconds. The support team asked unhelpful questions like, ‘Could you try another zone?’—as if my users would use a VPN just to load our images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
