I use 3Dsurvey for landslide monitoring and modeling, and I'm impressed by how photogrammetry allows us to gather accurate data in hard-to-access terrains. It was actually the first time this method was used in Slovenia for such a purpose. I appreciate that there are real people with real knowledge behind 3Dsurvey, guiding and supporting us all the way. I also like the profile feature a lot, as it's essential for creating baselines for all our cross sections and our final deliverables. The heightmap is great for quickly visualizing data. I found 3Dsurvey useful for minimizing my time on the field while maximizing the services I provided to customers. The integrated CAD tool was particularly helpful since it meant I didn't need an extra tool and license for it. It practically offers everything needed within a CAD engine in the same software, eliminating the need to export data and import it into a separate tool. I really enjoy using 3Dsurvey because it's super easy to use and very precise for land surveying with drone mapping and videogrammetry. The workflows are often faster than traditional methods. I love how I can map things and still get a 3D visualization, which reduces mistakes and makes it easier to remember information. It's made specifically for surveyors, which I find fantastic. The customer support is the best in the business and the initial setup was very easy due to their superb support. Additionally, I appreciate their CAD integration within the software, which is super intuitive for measuring and vectorizing, and it includes a lot of advanced features. I like 3Dsurvey's cloud service the most because it makes it easy to process and share project data without relying entirely on local hardware, which improves flexibility and collaboration.
