"The best offer on the market."

What do you like best about 3Commas?

I have been using 3com bots for over a year. Before subscribing, I studied competitors' offers. I can say with confidence that their offer is the best. Both in price and in the choice of bots. I have repeatedly contacted their support service.I received help very quickly. Sometimes within an hour. The support service also helped me to issue an individual subscription plan with 100 grid bots and 250 DCA bots. All bots work correctly, without failures and are improved by their team of developers. I am very pleased with the service and if it were not for my personal mistakes in trading, I would have earned really good money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 3Commas?

At the moment I have no comments.There are requests for adding new features and I hope that they will appear soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Breach of contract"

What do you like best about 3Commas?

They keep implementing new features, not that everyone wants those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 3Commas?

3commas violated Dutch law by changing the terms and features of prepaid active plans mid-contract and not in a good way. Dutch law states that breach of contract should (upon request of subscriber) result in termination with a refund for the remaining time of the contract. 3commas initially refused to do this, it took threatening with a court-case for them to do this.

Now they are blackmailing me into getting a new subscription to prevent significant losses as a result of ending the contract (switching to the free plan) which could cancel all active deals that are deep in the red. This while active deals (not bots) should remain active till finished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
