**What do you dislike about 360SiteView?** I am not encountering any. From the support side, there are a few minor issues here and there. **Recommendations to others considering 360SiteView:** Please use for quick application and adaptable future. Shorten the claim life cycle. Go for it. **What problems is 360SiteView solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easily configurable. Mainly used for file sharing purposes. No download of the application by the end-user for submitting the evidence. **What do you dislike about 360SiteView?** till now there are no dislikes in this software. Some text messages cannot be changed in the standard configuration and it is not a major issue. **What problems is 360SiteView solving and how is that benefiting you?** it fastens the insurance claim cycle by easily uploading all the required documents in all formats like images, videos,audio files and live streams. ### 3. I think it's very handy and easy to use. Once you get used to it you can do work much faster. This is pretty good. **What do you dislike about 360SiteView?** The user interface can get a little annoying sometimes. And when there is internet fluctuations it is very annoying to use. You will need to have good connection. **What problems is 360SiteView solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use to mainly for file sharing. Also for some of the ads as well. It is as I already mentioned very handy. This has help drive some sales but not that much changed. ### 4. Basically this app allows you to video conference and capture video of a damage/loss claim, no agent needs to come to you. **What do you dislike about 360SiteView?** If I had to pick one thing, I would say the app runs a little choppy. **What problems is 360SiteView solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saves you a ton of time having to get an appointment with an agent.
