What do you like best about 2Checkout Monetization Platform?

I like the fact that I have a good customer success team that cares and nurtures their customers, so you always feel like you have a voice in whatever's going on. I think I like the churn prevention tool the most because it provides an incentive at a good point of the user journey, keeping the users locked in somehow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 2Checkout Monetization Platform?

Yeah. I would say, for example, the email editor is a bit old school in the way it works. So maybe perhaps updating the UI, and that would make it easier for non-technical people to use the email editor and get the most out of it. It was very challenging initially, but we made it. They faced a lot of challenges with mapping the correct things into whatever they should be mapped onto with all the integrations into Salesforce, etcetera, and make sure the information flows the right way. I appreciate using the 2Checkout Monetization Platform for several reasons. The platform’s global reach and acceptance of numerous payment methods are particularly beneficial, allowing us to cater to customers worldwide by providing the local payment options they are accustomed to, enhancing our international sales capabilities. The transition to 2Checkout was seamless, thanks to their online control panel and guided product configuration, which made the setup straightforward. The responsive and helpful support team ensured that any uncertainties were swiftly resolved, further simplifying initial integration. Initially drawn to the platform due to its modern interface and favorable pricing compared to our previous solution, 2Checkout continues to impress with its lower commission rates and modern checkout system. Additionally, having a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) who is proactive in suggesting improvements to optimize our conversion rates is a tremendous asset. Their Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team helps keep our checkout process updated and aligned with the latest trends, which is invaluable. Overall, the platform efficiently handles global transactions, tax compliance, and subscription management, enabling us to focus on growing our business without being bogged down by technical or administrative tasks. I would like the platform to make it simpler to compare sales trends with the same period of the previous year directly on the dashboard without needing to go into the report section. What do you like best about 2Checkout Monetization Platform?

We have been using 2Checkout as a cart provider for a few years now. The platform is stable and reliable, and it supports the most important payment methods for a huge list of countries. The interface and dashboard are easy to use and onboarding for new colleagues doesn't take much time. It's great how you are able to build your desired cart with the long list of parameters provided by 2Checkout and their support in realizing special customizations. Also our account managers and technical contact persons have always been reliable partners that are interested in our business and do their best to improve the cart with and for us. What do you dislike about 2Checkout Monetization Platform?

In the past there were some problems with down times of the cart, but that has improved a lot.

What do you like best about 2Checkout Monetization Platform?

The Merchant of Record model is a efficient way to quickly release new products or enter new markets. I have been involved with 2Checkout (Verifone) for nearly three years. I have watched as they have refined the product and improved the support of the product. During my early experience we had a significant amount of issues (most were related to our interoperabiity with the product). Recently our focus has been able to shift from address issues to enhancing the use of the product and leveraging new capabilities. The platform is very customizable and has proven to be dependable. We have been able to have new capabilities added to the program at our request. We process hundreds of thousands of transactions through the platform each month with few issues. What do you dislike about 2Checkout Monetization Platform?

The most significant complaint I have about the system is being addressed. We need our local offices paid in the local currencies. To do this we were required to pay a currency conversion fee. This was confusing as the customer transactions were in the local currency, so why would we need to pay extra to have the payout currency converted back to the currency. The other issue we have is related to the prioritzation of platform changes we request; as a high volume user of the platform the expectation is that our requests start with a higher priority.
