1pm is a live run of show (ROS) tool for venues and professional event planners. It replaces printed BEOs and emailed timeline spreadsheets with a single, real-time event timeline that everyone works from on the day. Planners build the ROS in an inline editor with drag-to-reorder and automatic time math, and updates broadcast instantly to everyone viewing, so a change made at the planning desk reaches the floor without a reprint or a group text. Around that timeline, 1pm covers the wider job of running an event. Each crew member and supplier gets a shareable link that opens a filtered, mobile-first view of only the items they're involved in, including their call time. No app to install and no login required. The BEO details live alongside the timeline: service style, setup style, guaranteed pax, dietary and menu summaries, bar package, AV notes, and access/vacate times. Spaces are modelled per room with their own addresses and access instructions, so multi-room properties stay organised. 1pm also collects what you need back from people. RSVP handling lets planners send invites, track responses from document upload requests and more, and build check-in and dietary lists from the replies, so the same event can run as a full ROS, an RSVP-only collection, or both. Compliance and information requests let planners ask crew and suppliers for documents and answers ahead of the day (insurance certificates, licences, signed acknowledgements, or any custom question) and gather the uploads and responses in one place. Requests can be targeted to specific crew and gated so the right people see the right questions. 1pm fits in next to tools like Cvent and Tripleseat, handling the live timeline, day-of coordination, and the back-and-forth with crew and guests that those systems leave to spreadsheets and paper.
