1Channel Mobile DMS App Reviews & Product Details

1Channel Mobile DMS App is the field-side app for companies that sell through distributors. Reps see the day's beat, check in at an outlet inside a geofence or log a telephonic visit, and open a customer view with outstanding, credit limit and recent orders. Orders are booked from a catalogue showing the distributor's live stock, MRP, selling price and savings, with schemes applied and a PDF to share. Reps can update retailer stock, raise returns against an order with a reason and a credit note, replacement or refund resolution, and add a new outlet through a four-step wizard that goes to a manager for approval. An analytics hub covers attendance, order history, order and sales, visit compliance, target achievement and dormant outlets. The AI Assistant answers questions and walks reps through tasks such as placing an order. Used by FMCG, pharma and consumer durables teams.
