The unified interface for managing multiple communication channels, especially the WhatsApp integration, is a game-changer. The UI is clean and doesn't feel cluttered despite having deep functionality. I particularly value how the platform balances AI chatbots with live agent handoffs; it ensures our customers get instant answers to FAQs while our team only steps in for complex queries. This has streamlined our support workflow and reduced our average response time by nearly 40%.

**What do you dislike about 13Chats?**

The initial setup for complex automation scenarios can be a bit steep for non-technical users. There are so many customization options that it takes a minute to find exactly where certain trigger settings are hidden. A more guided onboarding 'wizard' or an expanded native Knowledgebase within the dashboard would help newer team members get up to speed faster without needing constant oversight

I have no idea why they call this powerful tool 13Chats because it seems to do more than just chat. The platform is so helpful because of the all-in-one widget in which you can enable social media chat apps that you want to use. You can even turn on the notifications for each application that gives you the utimalte ease of access to go to different chats or live social media messages instantly.

**What do you dislike about 13Chats?**

I don't see why people will have to dislike this platform.

You can pin your status on on your personal window and even add a picture on it. Putting the social media apps altogether is a very big help.

The platforms lack of support for Instagram chatbots and limited control over privacy settings are some aspects of 13Chats. Its disappointing that there is no Knowledgebase feature and customization options are limited we must consider that the project is still in its stages with potential for improvement.

**What do you dislike about 13Chats?**

The messaging app needs an interface, which is confusing for both customers and support teams when navigating through conversations. The limited options for customizing chat pop-ups restrict a brands ability to create a personalized experience for its customers.

It has never transformed our customer support. The poorly automated chatbots have increased response times resulting in decreased customer satisfaction. The analytics feature also lacks insights.

What I like best about 13Chats is that it provides a number of solutions when it comes to communication also it allows the integration of many other applications and it provides many features like live chats Widgets and instant messengers and is very easy to use

13 Chats solving a big problem with the help of a single application we can check chats of many more applications and with the help of these applications Businesses can easily gather the names, email addresses, and phone numbers of the visitors

13 Chats is helpful in that it offers a variety of solutions to customers when communicating. The application offers a variety of interactive and helpful features, which include live chats, smart widgets, instant messengers, and chatbots. 13Chats is user-friendly and can easily be implemented on any website. The technical support is exceptional.

The only downside I have noticed is that 13Chats does not support Instagram chatbot, a common social platform.

**What do you like best about 13Chats?**

I would say that 13Chats features are some of the most convenient tools I've ever used. The service allows you to set up lead capture pop-ups in a few clicks. I can customize my form or choose from plenty of templates. There are also ready-made themed forms like Christmas or Halloween pop-ups to save time.

Moreover, 13Chats offers a drag-and-drop Facebook chatbot builder and a live-chat widget. Also, it provides statistics on visitors' journeys on the website and allows you to start a proactive dialogue and make a personal offer to online users. These features are very useful for my work.

**What do you dislike about 13Chats?**

I wish the service would have not only Facebook chatbot but Instagram as well.

**Recommendations to others considering 13Chats:**

I recommend 13Chats to marketers, salespeople, support teams, small business owners, and to everyone who wants to gain more leads and sales on their sites. This product is handy to automate sales, marketing, and support on the website and on messengers.

**What problems is 13Chats solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m into the option of setting the custom scenarios of pop-ups appearance. For instance, I can show one offer to visitors from an ad campaign, and another to those who visit my site for 3rd time. And what I like the most is that no coding skills are required.

My department tries different scenarios for each user’s behavior. That’s why our offers became more personalized and less annoying. I can confidently say that we’ve increased conversion rate on our site since we use this product.

UI/UX was up to the mark. No complexities & the experience was beginner-friendly. Account setup was straightforward. The deal's limits are decent considering how mature the tool is & it just works!

**What do you dislike about 13Chats?**

The absence of the Knowledgebase feature was disappointing. The popup builder is not fully customizable, and I would love to see more customizations in the future.

I use 13chats for customer support through live chat and popups on the website. It's too easy to chat with customers using mobile apps and build good customer relationships and resolve their queries.

Some lack of functionality compared to Intercom, but the project is just at start, sure they add everything soon, maybe already did (when you read my comment)

13chats is really easy to use, and I like their popup widgets constructor with events and triggers

Hard to say, maybe the overall speed of work in the dashboard when many users are online. In general, I do not have any serious problems

**What do you like best about 13Chats?**

The user-friendly interface of the admin panel and applications and a lovely modern minimalistic website.
An option to test the service for free without a time limit. You need to switch to a paid pricing plan only if you reach the limits.
A straightforward drag&drop builder for making a Facebook chatbot.
There are a lot of smart ready-made templates and pop-ups based on the behavior and actions of website visitors. Tested: they don't annoy users and convert well!
Fast, humane support.

**What do you dislike about 13Chats?**

It would be great to enable operators and customers to exchange files via chat. And a chatbot that is built into the online chat is my dream :)

**What problems is 13Chats solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our support has completely transferred to 13Chats, and in just a week, we noticed changes: no more complaints from our operators that the working software was buggy. Statistics showed that those customers who communicated with support in the chat were more willing to register on our website and bought paid pricing plans. I'm glad we tried this service!
