I've tried linking the Zoom Application for ease of use but I can't seem to figure out how to incorporate it properly.

How do you combine duplicate records, ie, same person entered with 2 emails, and need to track all the communication from both records, combine for ease?

Right now I don't have a way to set up the phone number structure to match my salesforce. This could be updated with the "advanced" filter in the admin mapping section.
