As a PM, I can quickly stand up an in-app walkthrough for a feature release, send NPS surveys, or push a notification asking users to chat with us about the roadmap (in exchange for a gift card) without needing any engineering involvement. Setup is fast, and the editor is straightforward. That speed really matters when we're releasing so quickly.

I like that Userpilot is easy to use, especially for the parts that I utilize. Although I only use a limited area of it due to my role and time constraints, I'm sure it probably does more than I'm currently using it for.
