The technical install is actually one of the easiest parts since it's a native Salesforce app and doesn't require any messy API work. Once you have mapped out your business rules on paper, taking them into the tools is a very logical and straightforward process.

One thing I appreciate is how consistently Traction Complete handles incoming records during high volume periods. We use it inside Salesforce for lead to account matching and routing, which has reduced the need for manual review when campaign activity spikes.
