I really liked how easy Paycom was to use on both the administration and employee sides, especially for onboarding, managing HR documents, and completing performance reviews.

I use Paycom to clock in and out, request PTO, and view my paychecks and hours. I like that it's user friendly, and I am quickly able to access the time clock to clock in and out. I enjoy that it breaks down my checks and organizes them into categories, allowing me to see where all of my money is going. I also like that it adds percentages of increases or decreases to each category on my check.

How straightforward it is! I love how what I need to do is front and center and tabs are easy to navigate!
