I like features such as call forwarding/routing and voicemail access/forwarding to email, which make it easy to stay connected and responsive throughout the day. The mobile/desktop integration also helps avoid having to set up a physical phone remotely.

Integration with Microsoft Teams works great. Configuring Generic SIP protocal supported phones is easy including soft phones.
