I use Maqsam to communicate with clients around the world, and it has helped me reach and gather clients through calls. I like that I can use it anywhere from my mobile, making it convenient to stay connected. I am also able to track my employees' calls, which is valuable for my work. Setting up Maqsam was very easy, thanks to my account manager, Mariam Hassan, who was very professional and made the process much easier for me. Everything about Maqsam works well for me.

I use Maqsam for our call center department and really appreciate the clear and specific reports along with full details about each call. This makes KPI reports easy and clear. I am impressed by the accuracy, flexibility, and ease of use, as well as the prompt responsiveness of the technical support team. The reports and call details are particularly valuable to me because they help in evaluating and following up with the team. Switching to Maqsam from Avaya was influenced by the excellent support team and the features offered. The initial setup was very easy too.
