I appreciate the built-in features that relieve workload for the team. The platform integrates well with other tech partners like Shopify and Klaviyo. I like the handy points calculator to easily update the percentage back that a customer could save. I also enjoy the ability to offer double points and the AI features that automate offers like reward discounting and birthday points. Additionally, the onboarding process was fairly straightforward.
