The system is highly automated, and the most important elements are customizable. It’s also compatible with on-premise environments (as opposed to cloud-based calendars), which matters a lot to us. I’m glad to see they’re improving the Reporting and Analytics features and putting real attention into what has been one of the weaker aspects of the system. Their Customer Success team has also been consistently solid and a big support for us.

I use Greenhouse for recruiting, employee referrals, and job postings. I love how it simplifies the recruiting and referring process, making it simple to use and easy to understand. It's easy to refer others to my company, and it's also convenient to view available jobs. Referring others is straightforward: we just enter a person's information, Greenhouse sends them an email with the application, and we can easily check the status of their referral. It's very user-friendly.

I like that it provides an organized system for recruiting. Each step of the process can be tracked and recorded in one place, and it also makes it easy to collaborate with colleagues who are working on the same recruitment initiatives. Overall, it’s a very smooth system and an improvement over our previous recruitment software provider, Workday.
