Il supporto clienti è di prim'ordine e il numero di funzionalità è in costante crescita. Lo usiamo settimanalmente e i nostri clienti lo usano quotidianamente per il coaching e la formazione online.

Ottimo programma! (che abbiamo usato un po' diversamente, lol)

Avevamo bisogno di un programma per i nostri clienti da utilizzare per archiviare e condividere documenti in modo sicuro con i loro acquirenti (con accessi tramite membro/password), potendo anche etichettare gli acquirenti per diversi progetti/comunità, e questo ha funzionato davvero bene. Doveva anche integrarsi con il nostro database in Keap, e farlo è stato molto facile in CustomerHub. Anche se non uso CustomerHub tutto il tempo -- abbiamo fatto la configurazione iniziale e qualsiasi modifica che deve essere fatta all'aspetto generale o alle cose del backend. I nostri clienti lo usano regolarmente con i loro acquirenti e lo trovano molto semplice e facile da usare, il che è stato fantastico. Dal punto di vista del design, mi piace la configurazione del page builder e poter visualizzare in anteprima le pagine come le vedrebbe un membro (anziché un amministratore). Infine, ho dovuto contattare il Servizio Clienti alcune volte e li ho trovati molto amichevoli, educati e disponibili; e ho trovato il centro assistenza molto utile.
