
What I like best about TC EDI is their ease of integration & onboarding with other companies' EDI platform, streamlining our order process and order-issue resolving/notification, and lastly, their support dashboard easily allows me to articulate my issues and have TC's Team come in and resolve my issues. At times I have found TC EDI's pricing to not be indicative of the work performed, specifically for one-time/additional fees, not for ongoing contracts.
