SOPFlow is SOP management software that organizes standard operating procedures around your organizational chart instead of folders, wikis, or flat document libraries.
You start by mapping your organization on an interactive drag-and-drop canvas — departments, teams, roles, and positions connected in a hierarchy. Each node on the chart owns its own kanban-style SOP board where procedure phases become columns and individual steps become draggable cards. This means every SOP lives exactly where it belongs: attached to the team responsible for maintaining it.
Each SOP moves through a structured lifecycle — draft, in review, approved, active, under revision, and retired — with copy-on-write versioning that preserves every previous version for audit purposes. Steps within a procedure can be typed as actions, decisions, approvals, subprocesses, or references, and each card carries a description, assigned role, and file attachments.
SOPFlow also includes a process flow builder for mapping cross-functional workflows that span multiple departments. Each step in a flow links back to the SOP that documents it, connecting the org chart view to the process view. A searchable SOP catalog provides a flat table of every procedure across the organization with filtering by status, department, and category.
Permissions follow the org tree. Users are anchored to a node and can edit within their subtree but never above it. Every status transition, approval, node change, and edit is recorded in a full audit log with actor and timestamp. Workspaces are multi-tenant with per-organization data isolation enforced at the query layer. Accounts require email verification with two-factor authentication on every new device.
SOPFlow includes AI-powered generation for org charts, SOP content, and procedure review suggestions. It serves teams in manufacturing, healthcare, restaurants, construction, logistics, and any industry where documented, repeatable, auditable processes are required.
