"Amo LACRM!"

"Simple Yet Effective CRM for Daily Client Management"
Cosa Le piace di più di Less Annoying CRM?

I like how simple, clean, and straightforward Less Annoying CRM is to use without any complicated setup or confusing extra features. I appreciate that it focuses only on the core CRM tools I actually need, instead of being overloaded with unnecessary functions I’ll never use. I really love the easy contact management system. I can quickly add new leads, clients, and tech partners, log every phone call, email, and meeting note, and view the entire communication history with anyone in just one click. The follow-up reminder feature is one of my favorite highlights. It lets me schedule future check-ins with potential software project clients automatically, so I never forget to reach out or miss an important follow-up. The interface is intuitive and well-organized, so my team and I can jump right in without any long training or technical support. I also like how I can categorize and tag contacts by project type, lead status, and business opportunity level. This makes it super easy to filter prospects, prioritize high-value software development deals, and keep my sales pipeline clearly structured. Overall, its simplicity, reliable contact tracking, handy follow-up reminders, and clean layout are what stand out the most. It’s lightweight, effective, and perfectly fits our daily client management and business development workflow for program development services. Recensione raccolta e ospitata su G2.com.

Cosa non Le piace di Less Annoying CRM?

Even though I really enjoy using Less Annoying CRM for my client and lead management work, there are a few areas I think could be better for someone in software business development and program development sales. First, the reporting and analytics features are pretty basic. I’d like to see more customizable reports to track where our leads come from, how many convert into actual software projects, and how our pipeline performs month over month. Right now the built-in reports are very simple, and I can’t easily filter data by lead source, project type, or client industry. It would help a lot with planning our business development strategy. Second, the bulk editing tools for contacts are limited. Sometimes I need to update tags, status labels, or follow-up settings for a large group of leads at once. The current system doesn’t offer strong batch updating options, so I end up editing many entries one by one, which takes extra time. For one, I wish the mobile app experience was more robust. Right now I can view basic contacts and simple notes on my phone, but I can’t easily add detailed meeting logs, adjust lead statuses, or set complex follow-up reminders while I’m out of the office. Improving the mobile layout and adding more full desktop functions to the app would make on-the-go client management much smoother. Another small improvement would be adding more pipeline visualization options. Right now the lead pipeline is functional but very basic. A clear visual dashboard to drag and drop leads between different stages would make it easier to overview all ongoing software project deals and track their progress at a glance.
